It used to be a favorite but lately the service & food quality has slipped for the price you pay...

Hibachi was very bland in flavor . Not a fan of the chopped veggies in the rice and noodles . That's usually the reason for side veggies . Soup was delicious!

I have left musltiple five star reviews for this spot but I take it all back after my last 4 tries eating there. I have been going here for almost two decades they used to be fantastic but the quality of food has dropped over the last year and more recently the service istruly terrible especially if you have a disability and need to order over the phone. Weeks ago I was accosted and assaulted by a drunk customer and only the bartender cared but did nothing I don’t blame her. It’s been way over packed like over capacity on some nights and the staff don’t care or do anything even when there are children. They won’t help if you just ask a question about sauce even, I am going on all my apps and removing the good reviews I previously left. DONT GO HERE STAY AWAY

Great food Great staff

Far from expectation. Poorly prepared food accompanied by a hibachi chef that was clearly going through the motions to get to the next table. The wait staff was nice but unorganized which ultimately lead to an off putting experience. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Seated party of 8 and a rat/mouse crawled onto our table, then ran across our plates and jumped onto my niece. Needless to say we quickly left.

I love this place. The food is great, the service is fantastic, family run and very delicious! They just remodeled too, looks gorgeous.

I’ve never had such a dreadful dining experience in my life, working in the restaurant industry and seeing this MESS unfold was honestly baffling and I would never imagine treating customers with such disrespect. This restaurant was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First off, the service was painfully slow…waited over 40 minutes just to get our drinks, and even then, the staff acted like we were an inconvenience to them. But the real kicker? We found spider eggs in our ice water. Yes, you read that right spider eggs. It was beyond disgusting, and when we complained, the staff didn’t even seem to care. The response was dismissive at best. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation just an attitude that clearly said, “deal with it.” To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was filthy. The floors were sticky, the tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. It’s clear that hygiene is not a priority for them. We felt like we were dining in a place that hadn’t seen a mop or cleaning rag in months. I’ve never felt so disrespected or disgusted in a restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money here, this place is an absolute disaster, and it’s clear they couldn’t care less about their customers. Never coming back, and I highly recommend you avoid this nightmare AT ALL COSTS.

horrible experience. the acting owners have no class nor are they respectful to their customers in the slightest way. the daughter in law (not the owner) has an extreme attitude acting like she’s entitled to everything because she’s involved in the family. based on that alone i wouldn’t dare go back not only due to my personal experience but including the health code violations. mice droppings on the grill is absolutely vile. it’s clear to see why all the original staff left

Never again. Long wait, terribly salty food. Steak not made how I asked. No effort to fix it. No sale, no vegetable toss. Sent an email hoping someone would respond but of course not so I’m forced to leave a Google review.

We had Soli as our chef. First of all, I’d like to say we were blown away! The chef was so friendly, funny, and the food just melted in our mouths. The ginger sauce was delicious! We used it to eat our fried rice and garlic noodles with. It was also amazing with shrimp. All in all, it was an amazing experience! Thank you to chef Soli!! ❤️

We’ve been going to Shogun for many years. Last night we went for a birthday celebration. We had a party of 6 and they seated us with a party of 4. It was so beyond tight. The end people were hanging off the tables and we were hitting each other to eat. When we went to order our food we found out that fried rice was not included on Friday through Saturday is no longer free with the meal. Each order of rice was an additional $10. The fried rice is white rice with eggs and soy sauce (no veggies in it) We also noticed the prices were a lot more than Bon and Kon. It’s 31.00 for filet and chicken there and $48 here. $300, The meat portion was very small. Absolutely no show. Our chef cooked in silence. Very disappointed

I just want everyone to know there are maggots that be on the plates and the employees will purposefully not tell you if you had one on your plate. there is also rat poop everywhere and the floors were dirty with other food. the owner and head chef were so unprofessional. please do not eat here for your health! these people do not care about customer service and they barely pass health inspection.

Website says it opens at 4:30, but on the door it says it's closed on Tuesdays.

I placed a take out order for 2 hibachi chicken and shrimp. There was barely shrimp in 1. No other vegetables in both but onion. Apparently when you get take out on a Friday or Saturday (this happened on a Tuesday) you only get white rice. Since when?! There were also no sauces when we unpacked. THE most dissatisfying meal of my life! $80 for trash! I really liked it there but after that experience I won’t be back. They haven't been the same since they closed and reopened. Save your money and go elsewhere.
