I usually make my own coffee but for convenience I stopped in the Starbucks on Airport Rd. I was the only customer in line and there were four baristas mulling around doing various maintenance things yet no one greeted me and I still had to wait several minutes. It took another 5 minutes to get my order made which was over $7 for a large decaf latte (tasted great and served hot!). crazy price unless your used to that! There was plenty of seating but the sun was shining brightly and there was no way to shield the sun so I had to leave because I could not see anyone or anything. There were window shades but they let 95% of the light through. If you go, there is plenty of off street parking, but bring your money and schedule time to wait.
This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. Every single time I visit my family in Warwick and am in a time crunch, I regret stopping here (Airport Road location). Over the last 2 years I’ve given them FOUR chances & 4/4 times they have shafted me on my order. I always order a Trenta Cold Brew with 4–6 extra shots (yes, over $15 for ONE coffee). Every other Starbucks I’ve been to in the U.S. gets it right, but here? Never.
They refuse to fill my drink properly when I order it no ice, with the staff literally saying, “Oh well, you got no ice so I won’t fill it.” Excuse me? I PAID for a Trenta. Add the shots, fill the drink, it’s that simple. Today the girl even said “that’s what you get.” Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
On top of that, they’ve straight up forgotten my extra shots before (another $6 I had to drive back for). When I brought it up to a so-called manager years ago, she told me, “We will not fill it if you ask for no ice.” That was my first experience here. Absolutely unacceptable.
This is the only Starbucks where this has EVER happened to me, not just in this country, but also in Canada, Japan, Thailand, Korea, and beyond. I travel constantly, and never once anywhere else in the world have I been treated this way or scammed out of a proper drink.
$15 for a 1/3-filled coffee with attitude on the side? Disgusting. I detest this location and will warn anyone: avoid this Starbucks at all costs

Staff and service is the best. Starbucks does need to reevaluate the cost of products though. It is getting out of hand.

Been coming here on and off for a decade when ever i'm in town, always the most consistent namebrand coffee shop. Delivers the best service for any coffee shop. Food is alright but that's more a Starbucks brand thing, as it always taste the best at this Starbucks.

I used to love Starbucks, especially the cold foam coffee, but the last few visits have been a total waste. No foam, just bitter, unpleasant coffee that tastes nothing like it used to. The quality has really gone downhill, and it's frustrating to see a favorite drink become so inconsistent. My last four drinks ended up in the trash — that’s not just disappointing, it’s expensive. I don’t know what’s changed, but the quality has seriously tanked.

I came in on Saturday 21st at around 3:45 pm. I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted to order—not because of a language barrier, but because I was unfamiliar with the menu. However, instead of being patient, the white barista abruptly handed me off to a Hispanic colleague, who then started speaking Spanish to me, assuming that was the issue. I had been speaking English the entire time and continued to do so.
This interaction felt dismissive and made me very uncomfortable. It came across as an assumption based purely on my appearance, and in today’s political and social climate, that kind of behavior feels especially inappropriate and disrespectful. I expected better cultural sensitivity and professionalism from a brand like Starbucks.

My venti is always filled 5 fingers below the lid. I understand you think a shaken espresso doesn’t need to hit the top but it does! Thanks!

Friendly staff, clean single user non-genderd bathrooms, no keypad or having to ask for a key, love it.
Food and drink was wrong on all accounts. Chicken jalapeno pocket was given instead of falafel (absolute joy to discover as a vegetarian), was provided kettle chips rather than the tortilla chips I ordered, and drink was topped with vanilla cold foam rather than the brown sugar cold foam I ordered. A ridiculous amount of milk for a shaken espresso. I really don't mind if the app isn't perfectly up to date on inventory, but please don't just assume what I want for a replacement.

Ordered a venti chai latte and got very little drink…. Update- Came back for another drink, and they only served it as half a cup of a beverage. I had to ask for a refund, not sure how they are running this store 😬

This is the only Starbucks that consistently screws up their cold foam. I don’t know why I keep trying it here. It’s always way too bubbly and thin.
