Ordered a venti chai latte and got very little drink…. Update- Came back for another drink, and they only served it as half a cup of a beverage. I had to ask for a refund, not sure how they are running this store 😬

This is the only Starbucks that consistently screws up their cold foam. I don’t know why I keep trying it here. It’s always way too bubbly and thin.

Go to the drive thru and it said it was closed and I was there at 745 though online say open till 8
One star purely for the speed of service in the drive thru. The food is always hot and the coffee is usually right but there’s literally no reason for me to sit in the drive thru for more than ten minutes every time I come here.

Terrible customer service here and frequently mess up orders. I asked why the heavy cream in my coffee was curdled and the man came over took the top off without even replying and poured more heavy cream in the cup. Did not even put the lid back on so I had to do it myself and of course the cold foam pours out of the lid all over the table. I said no way I want this re-made. the man working once again never said a word or responded whatsoever so as I’m looking around for a supervisor, after a minute or two he finally starts making me another one. Never uttered a word. Then he makes it again and doesn’t make it the way I ordered it so I ask for the caramel drizzle on top which I paid extra for online and another girl comes over and tries to tell me I don’t have to ask like that and my coffee has been sitting there and she can remake it. Sorry your mute coworker already tried that and gave me curdled cream once again . Maybe try hiring people that have an ounce of customer service common sense like idk maybe opening your mouth and communicating with a customer instead of acting like a little boy having a temper tantrum.

Came in for a pup cup on a 100 degree day today and was promptly turned away because my dog entered the building. Asked if I could simply wait inside for the air conditioning until I could make an alternative plan. The barista was hostile and unhelpful. Ironically, we had been at a Starbucks establishment 10 minutes away to cool down and earlier in the day with no issue.

Slow service with a bad attitud, this is the second time in my life That I have been in starbucks and my experience is the same. This place is just an Unnecessary luxury for what it is. Only reason I went is because my daughter wanted a fancy 12oz $7 lemonade . Lol. If you want to look fancy and you have money to waste come here. There is nothing special to it.

Ordered coffee and bagel for dine in and a sandwich on my way out. The waitress offered me a free coffee for having dined in however… Efforts by nice baristas like this tend to go unnoticed when things like this happen: while waiting for my food “John” a barista with an injured leg brought my food over and threw it at me and immediately turned his back and walked away. He did not say anything to me and the bacon is RAW on the inside of the sandwich. Not too happy and he is lucky I didn’t call him out in front of his peers DOING ALL THEY CAN TO EARN TIPS AND MAKE A LIVING. Step it up John and remember it’s a team game.

Went through the drive-through and ordered green tea iced. No syrup(sugar) and three stevia trenta. I used the app so i can see its correct. Label on the cup says no sugar. As I have health issues that I can’t have sugar it was immediately apparent that it was loaded with sugar and subsequent sickness, resulting from sugar consumption ruined the day. If you have allergies intolerances, Stick to the Starbucks you know. I order this every day at my local place and its never been an issue

This Starbucks is my "home" one meaning it's close to home and I use it frequently. It is honestly the best one I have ever been to and I am so thankful for that. Since moving to the area in 2018 I will get Starbucks when I'm out and about, every few weeks. I know staff has changed but it hasn't affected their quality of service. I have never had a bad item, nothing has ever been messed up or made wrong. Everything has always been delicious. Once in a while there's a longer wait at the drive thru but that's usually during peak hours and expected. I typically use the app to place my order ahead of time and it's ready when I get there about 7 mins later. And again nothing is ever made wrong or missing which is not an experience I've had at most coffee places, even other Starbucks. So I have to really say I love this particular location!!

This would be the only Starbucks location that I have ever been to where the person preparing all of the food doesn’t wear gloves decides to touch their face and then continue making the food the entire time after bringing something up to the manager. The problem is finally corrected, but it shouldn’t be a problem in the first place learn Basic food, compliance skills. I’m going to be making a report to the health department as well. This is ridiculous. It’s 2024 people.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a while. Ang was extremely rude to my younger sister because she did not want berries, we gave it back and was still rude about it. She barely talked just gave us obnoxiously looks. Just overall an extremely rude person.
