Worst service I have ever experienced in a while. Ang was extremely rude to my younger sister because she did not want berries, we gave it back and was still rude about it. She barely talked just gave us obnoxiously looks. Just overall an extremely rude person.

I only get Starbucks once in awhile because it’s insanely expensive, but I like to treat myself every now and then because the coffees are SO good. Today I really wanted one so I went to the airport road drive through location and started to order my coffee, the girl taking my order was so rude to me, snapping at me because the holiday flavors are still listed online so I didn’t know they got rid of them. She was so rude and just plain mean that after I finally finished telling her my order and pulled up, I ended up just driving away without my coffee because nobody deserves to get attitude like that, especially when paying $8 for a small coffee. So whoever was working that location on February 1st at about 2:15, find a new job. Customer service clearly isn’t her strong point. Her attitude alone made me realize why dunkin is better.

The worst Starbucks in the state service is awful. They can never ever make a drink, right maybe sometimes too or three times.

I have to stop coming here because they are NOTORIOUS for not filling up your cup. It looks like they took a few sips before they gave it to me. If it wasn't the most expensive coffee on the market I wouldn't care but common!!!

Hopefully putting one start can get attention from the shop. I would like to put one of your coworker on the table. Her name is A**********. Bring her up is because I don’t believe Starbucks management is poor, in the other hand, I thought Starbucks management is one of the best in the US. In 6/4 2023 12pm I attended to this Starbucks, and I understand is the rush-hour at the time. After ordering my drink, she caught my attention. Yelling and barking at her coworker. Yes barking like a dog. Which I really don’t appreciate since it’s so open Bar. She’s not just make her coworker uncomfortable. She also make the whole store customer uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure Starbucks has their own SOP. Which I think she misunderstanding of calling customers name for orders,because she call my name while she’s not even start working on my drink, which I stand over to wait for my drink but that’s usually not how Starbucks goes right? I’m very used to help while my order is done then call my name to go grab it. Letting me standing there watching her yelling while she’s working on orders makes me very uncomfortable as well. coworkers don’t really talk while they’re working on food items since it’s open bar.

I’m definitely a regular here and I have to say they’re more inconsistent than Dunkin. My coffee is either amazing or completely messed up and I have to go to another Starbucks to get it remade. And I almost always get a bad lid which I’m aware isn’t their fault but super irritating. I usually do the order on the app and I’ve noticed that it’s either done super early before the pickup time or way after where I’m standing in the store for an extra 5 minutes waiting. It’s just a solid hit or miss, super disappointing when the staff is very friendly! :(

Great staff, convenient location, The parking lot isn't very big, and it isn't easy trying to take a left out of the parking lot, but they always make a superb drink at this location which keeps me coming back each week! There cups and Starbucks accessories are also pretty well stocked all the time, no matter the time of year.Parking: Off street parking, but is shared with a walkin medical office, and one other shop, so sometimes it is a bit difficult to get a spot up front.

I am highly offended after attending this Starbucks, which I’ve been going to for the past four days on my commute to work this morning. The old white lady at the counter decides to call me Omar my name is not Omar. My name is Kenny I order my coffee and proceed to pay with $100 bill the way the staff acted as if I gave them a fake $100 bill made me very uncomfortable and it felt racist as hell. I will not be attending the Starbucks ever again.
