The staff here is rude with each other and rude with the customers. Slow service and as snotty as they possibly can be. Should probably not stare people down when they are getting in their cars in the parking lot. Absolute garbage personalities in this sad excuse for a business.

The store wasn't very crowded when I visited. The atmosphere was low-key and relaxing with good holiday music. I ordered a peppermint mocha for myself and a regular hot coco for a family member. My drink had a nice taste that wasn't too overbearing but still satisfying. The other hot coco was less satisfying and they noted it tasted watered down. Overall the experience decent.

Pretty good Starbucks. It's got a drive through so that scores it extra points. Employees are always friendly. Service is usually pretty quick. Parking area is kinda small. But it's all right down the road from Target, 2 malls, Best buy & some other busy places. I'll be back here soon.

The last 2-3 times i’ve been here the coffee has just tasted awful. The most recent time it was really bitter, and the time before that it was so watered down it didn’t even taste like coffee. I don’t know what’s changed, if it’s a problem with this starbucks or all starbucks, but it’s a shame. Otherwise, everyone is very nice and the service is wonderful.

Too expensive and not worth it at all. coffee is bitter and they charge you an extra dollar for every add on in the coffee (even if it’s just a shot of sugar) it’s ridiculously overpriced it actually angers me. people just want a good coffee before work or to get them up for their day and we shouldnt have to pay 6+ for it. not to mention the horribly cooked and assembled food. do better starbucks. it’s not the employees either it’s the company itself.
If you like an attitude while overpaying for your coffee this is the place for you

I had come here a few times and seem to be having an issue with my chai order. My order is typically a small iced oat milk chai with cold foam. Now the issue is the amount of cold foam to chai ratio. Literally half of my small cup was 50% cold foam and the other 50% was the iced chai. For a small drink to be almost ten bucks you would think id get more chai then cold foam. I like cold foam but it literally felt like i was drinking just cold foam and got a sip or two of the chai part. For a big company thats pricey with its drinks they should really retrain the employees with the chai to cold foam ratio because its truly a rip off. I have since bought my own ingredients and make it 100% better at home and get my moneys worth and will not be coming back here, shame on you starbucks.
