Today I placed a mobile order (Venti iced shaken oatmilk brown sugar espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and a sausage egg and cheddar). I pulled into the drive thru, as I always do. I notified them that I placed a mobile order at the speaker and they told me it wasn't yet ready. No big deal, it wouldn't have been ready yet if I had ordered it directly at the speaker either. Greenwhich Ave,Warwick RI..Since the day it opened I have never had my order made correctly. Today they botched 2 drinks in my order. I went back a bit later as I had work and the “manager” Kristen was RUDE,NASTY, and didn’t care that what I paid for I was unable to drink. Until I asked for her bosses name did she care.. she proceeded to still make the drink incorrectly and serve it back with more attitude.
