No warning on the app that they shut down the in store cafe. Ordered ahead on the app and had to wait in the longest line in history for my coffee at the drive through. Sat through it because you can’t cancel or change anything on your order one It’s submitted. So I would have lost the order if I just skipped.

Went into this location today to pick up my order, the employee inside with red curly hair was yelling and cussing while several others customers were in the lobby with their children this needs to be taken care of, very unprofessional.

We went there to get two coffees. A simple order. We tried to order three different things which were not available to order. I understand it’s not their fault things are empty but they should make it apparent before we try to order three things. We got to the window and got one of the completely wrong coffees. Instead of a venti caramel machiato hot, it was a grande iced pumpkin cream cold brew. The other coffee was correct but it’s completely filled with ice. Never going back

My daughter and I went shopping and she asked for a cake pop and a refresher on the way home. We stopped by to a long line at drive thru and a locked door. They explained they didn't have enough staff. Eventually we were let in to order. We paid and waited, and waited. 14 people in the Cafe came and went before we got our refresher. I had to go up and ask for it a second time to be met with attitude. I understand customer service can be challenging, but if you hate your job that much then find a new profession.

Rudest Starbucks I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Place an order on the app after grocery shopping, drive over arriving at the time the app says the order will be ready, which was about 12 minutes from when we ordered. The drive through attendant indignantly informs us that next time to give them 10 to 15 minutes from the time we place our order. How is ordering on the app any different than if we placed the order at the box!

Get to the window and the orders ready…
Guess they didn’t need the extra time.

This lady was completely unprofessional, and comment was uncalled for.

Highly suggest you visit any other location.

Come in here once in a while before I go to the thrift store or to the grocery store. I usually order a water (not a fan of the code, sorry) and a bagel with cream cheese. The workers are all nice to me and I'm always happy with my order.

The absolute slowest starbucks ive ever been too... and that's really saying something. Sat in the drive through after ordering for at least 20min. Ridiculous.

My husband and I were visiting for the 4th of July weekend, we stopped in yesterday for a quick bite , the service here was horrible, they put your food on the counter and don't even bother to call out the nanes, after waiting for a while, I decided to check the names on the bags, then the guy with the reddish hair quickly says to me, " those are mobile orders' we'll call he names out.
Which they never did, our food was just sitting there until I told my husband you go and check this time.
No customer service at all, they look miserable in this place.

So I’m very new to Starbucks and I have such anxiety. I can’t read the menu because my eyes are terrible. I usually stick to the same thing because usually Frappuccino the caramel or the mocha crumble is delicious but today I was so warm with such a wonderful, kind employee I wish I knew his name, but he helped us at the window and like my day has been delicious he said hi to my kids and was very sweet to them. It made me sing to myself. I wanna come here every day. I don’t live locally so I probably won’t but sure if I did I would be here every day because this certain employee is just really everything Starbucks would want someone to embody.

I usually don’t give reviews but I think this was the last straw. I don’t know why I keep going to this location. (Greenwich Ave).They are very disorganised and if something is wrong they will fix it but are very rude about it. I also did order ahead and it wasn’t ready. My husband waited 15 minutes over the time it was supposed to be ready and they had to make it over due to them not even making his drink correctly. I will NEVER order from that location again.
