I did a mobile order here it said estimated wait time 9-13 minutes. It’s been 23 minutes and I’m still trying to get my food. This line is always incredibly long, it takes forever to move, and the parking lot is completely jammed up. If I would have known this would be a 30 minutes experience I would have not done this!

Come in here once in a while before I go to the thrift store or to the grocery store. I usually order a water (not a fan of the code, sorry) and a bagel with cream cheese. The workers are all nice to me and I'm always happy with my order.

So I’m very new to Starbucks and I have such anxiety. I can’t read the menu because my eyes are terrible. I usually stick to the same thing because usually Frappuccino the caramel or the mocha crumble is delicious but today I was so warm with such a wonderful, kind employee I wish I knew his name, but he helped us at the window and like my day has been delicious he said hi to my kids and was very sweet to them.
