Hello I have a large safty concern and I have mentioned it several times to the staffnin Warwick gym. The pool does not have swimmer flags and not only has my husband hit his head on the wall while doing a backstroke but I have 2 other gym swimmers who have done the same thing!
How hard and what do I need to do to get these flags installed!!!

The management is very inexperienced. They need better training on how to handle complaints when dealing with people.
The pool was a great temperature for water aerobics in the beginning of my membership about a year ago but it is now to cold.
Senior citizens experience lots of aches and pains and need to exercise in warmer temps. Water should maintain 83-84 degrees. Most pools do but Esporta in Warwick doesn’t seem to want to accommodate.
