Straw In The Raw

The management is very inexperienced. They need better training on how to handle complaints when dealing with people. The pool was a great temperature for water aerobics in the beginning of my membership about a year ago but it is now to cold. Senior citizens experience lots of aches and pains and need to exercise in warmer temps. Water should maintain 83-84 degrees. Most pools do but Esporta in Warwick doesn’t seem to want to accommodate. It’s unfortunate that so many from our classes have stopped coming because the water is to cold. Hopefully I’ll return one day.

Do not go here. My acai bowl was frozen. I couldn't even attempt to eat it for about 45 minutes. The banana was MUSH! Clearly, it's not made fresh. I'll never go back.

Hello I have a large safty concern and I have mentioned it several times to the staffnin Warwick gym. The pool does not have swimmer flags and not only has my husband hit his head on the wall while doing a backstroke but I have 2 other gym swimmers who have done the same thing! How hard and what do I need to do to get these flags installed!!!

Not open during advertised hours. Assume it's ok if open?

Ordered a couple strawberry banana smoothies and unfortunately they tasted like ice water. They were beautiful looking, but there was not a flavor of strawberry nor banana in either of our smoothies so it was very disappointing. Also you could see it was crushed ice, and milk was not added for some reason? However, we also ordered a chocolate banana smoothie. It was completely different as it was not crushed ice like the other smoothies, but rich and creamy. That smoothie was delicious. So 50/50 on feelings of how well this place is but I was not able to leave 2.5 stars. I would rate it 2.5 out of 5.

I wanted to use the bathroom while I was waiting for the smoothie, but the j*** working there (older bald guy) said I couldn't.
