If you think your getting a deal with a coupon your not . I got a steak and cheese it was pathetic nothing in it . I think there giving you enough for a small but stretching her out to a large even the toppings were counted very little. Nothing like you used to be and nothing like the commercial on TV. If you do get the deal with the coupon tell them to put it on a small bun so it makes it look like you're getting something.

It says they’re open but the second I walked to the door the employee came and locked the door and stood in front of the door and didn’t say anything about it’s closed just stared at me.. anyways I thought that was rude but they should change the hours if they’re not open at 430….

The food was as good as expected I stick to the old menus got the meatball marinara footlong with double meatballs added provolone cheese, toasted with salt,pepper, oregano, and grated parmesean on top. My son got the classic BMT not sure what that stands for to me it is just an Italian grinder but anyways get everything on it toasted with extra olive oil and vinegar.

Every time I go there and get the guy waiting on me it’s a disaster…. One time I ordered a salad with chicken he changed me for a protein bowl….today I went in for a salad, asked for lettuce, he hardly put any lettuce, I had to ask for more… then I asked for rotisserie chicken, he used the scoop to put 4 pcs of chicken on it, I said that’s it, he said if he puts more he will have to charge me more??!!! I go here all the time and when ever he waits on me it’s a joke!!I have no problem with any other subway but here…I had to ask for manager…. Seems like the training here must be terrible! I told the manager if I come in here again I do not want him waiting on me!! Maybe best i just don’t go back there!! Problem solved

Went in today, they only had one kind of bread available over 2 hours after open, so I ask a question for the man that was there this afternoon about why they were behind on the bread and he just stared at me and didn't answer me, was very short the entire time I interacted with him. I wasn't intending to come across rude. But I got scolded like I was a misbehaving child. Am I in the wrong for expecting my choice of bread to be available 2 hours after they open the store up?
