I tried to go in at 4:42 PM on 12/31/2023. The door was locked but two workers were inside sweeping. The lights were on. The “open” sign was lit.

My coworker and I came here at 10:05 the location is supposed to open at 10 the worker Muhammad saw us, and didn't open the doors until 10:15. He gave us two day old bread. When we asked where the chips were he stated they were all put away due the MICE. Absolutely worst customer service and establishment I have ever encountered.

My boyfriend and I went to get a quick sandwich before work and there was a young girl with dark hair who was extremely rude as soon as we walked in. No smile no hello, she said "it's gonna be a couple minutes I just got an online order " with attitude, I said that's fine we just got here she continued to be rude , smirk and laugh to herself making us uncomfortable. We walked out!!! This isn't the first incident with her. I suggest you let your liabilities go and hire some assets. She belongs in barn

I walked over from the Crowne Plaza Hotel all ready for a sandwich for me and my wife. Got here at 8:10 PM on Saturday evening. The website says open 9AM to 10PM but they were closed. Two girls inside said they are closed and just ignored me and two other people came to the door and tried to go in also! Not happy at all with this Subway! One heavy set girl came out to show her schedule set by the owner that says they work till 8pm. She was very rude and said you can't be here, we're just two young girls and have to do what the owner says. Obviously not very well trained by the owner in customer relations. The OPEN sign was still on at 8:25 PM.

Both subs were disgusting… the bread was t cooked thoroughly and was mushy, the ingredients weren’t edited as ordered and you literally couldn’t pick it up to eat as the food flopped out of the bread. The most awful was when my daughter found something very small, but very hard! Not food! Both subs ended up in the garbage! Very very disappointed

Usually a great place to get a sandwich for a work break, but I wasted break time coming here today, as I was told they were no longer making any sandwiches at that moment -- as two customers with their own sandwiches being finished were only a few feet away from me.Wasn't told why, or when I could potentially come back. This was hours before closing according to the open hours print on the front door, so I'm truly confused.Maybe next time.

Every time I get a sandwich from this location, it's wrong. I ordered a BLT, the receipt even shows a BLT with everything I ordered, and when I received my sandwich it was an Italian BMT. NOT what I asked for. Once again I wasted $12 on a sandwich that wasn't right, and I don't have time to get it corrected because I only get so much time for a lunch break. Thanks for ruining my lunch, yet again, Subway. I will not be back to this location. From my understanding there is only ever ONE person on shift, they are always overwhelmed and slow, and clearly they can't read a printed order (it was placed online, so I REALLY don't understand what went wrong here). Awful.

The manager Miranda was great! they was closing early at 8pm & we arrived at 745pm and she told us she could take us. Not only that she was super nice and very friendly! Thank you so much to the manager! Great Job ? I appreciate you taking me & having no problem doing so! have a good night!
