Food is cold from this location every single time no matter the hour. I’ve been in the morning, afternoon and evening and my food has always been freezing cold.
Had a luke box on Tuesday it was horrible i hated it no meat on my tacos hardly any veggies burritos was dry and mtn dew baja blast was awful taste like water. Not coming here again sorry staff is friendly but they dont refill anything in the dining room and little dirty mens bathroom is gross to someone needs to be a cleaner on there shift and focus on cleaning.

I tried calling Taco Bell and it took a while but when they answered they asked to take my order, so I told them my order and they immediately hung up. I thought it may have been a connection problem or maybe they hung up on accident so I called again, but this time they didn’t answer. I really was just trying to get food so I called again and after a while they answered, but before I could even say anything they rudely told me I can’t order through the phone and to “stop. calling.” I had no clue I couldn’t order through a phone call so I would’ve appreciated if they had just simply told me I was not able to order through the phone the first time I had called instead of rudely hanging up on me and eventually tell me to stop calling within the next call. This is not the way to treat a customer just trying to get some food.
