I miss the days when taco bells taught their employees to great their customers. Meanwhile having to enter the store to pick up an order guarantees your order will be ignited until the entire drive thru has been served. Seems like the new corporate standard.

This Taco Bell was actually pretty good! I was very happy with the overall experience — great customer service, decent food, and fast service. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the area felt safe and clean. Overall, not bad at all and definitely a Taco Bell I’d recommend.

We waited a long with several other people over an hour for our food tonight. When we finally got to the window 30 min after telling them we had a mobile order they said someone gave our food away to someone else and that they would remake it right away so we went inside to wait and there were more people waiting for their food too. A girl came out and said it would be only 10 more minutes and that 4 people called out. 30 min later we checked and they didn't actually have...
