Ok, so they cant make a steak so dont bother, go to a steakhouse. I still give them five stars because the other food on their menu is awesome and consistent. The service is always good to great. Prices are fair and drinks are good.

I went out to dinner with my wife. It was awful. I tried to email them on their website but even that was impossible due to error submitting complaint. I ordered medium well burger it was raw. The server was sweet and sent it back. The second one 45 minutes later was charred outside raw inside. They took it off the bill but I am very disappointed. It was inedible and I sat there waiting all night to be disappointed again. I would like to be contacted but I can’t even submit a complaint in their website. It’s apparently as bad as the cook I had tonight. Tina was really nice she did all she could but the rest of the experience was awful

Use could be one of the hottest spots in Warwick on a Friday, Saturday night. Not so much anymore... seems to have let itself go... However, with that being said… they still have one of the most amazing staffs of any restaurant anywhere!!

Great place. My favorite meal is the whiskey glaze chicken breast with mashed potatoes and broccoli if you don't like those sides you can substitute it for something else. Then for a drink I highly recommend the June bug it's a fruity drink they had it on special for $5.00 for a great size!! Lastly I love coming here because I get lots of my meals for free multiple times due to my rewards with them. (All you need to do is sign up and give your info every time you dine don't forget to give your phone #) The more you dine in the more points you get which equals free food including desserts can't beat that!! Awesome waitress as well. Definitely recommend this place!!

My husband and I dined here recently for lunch and weren't thrilled with our experience. I ordered the pretzels with beer craft cheese sauce, which I order every single time I dine here. This was the 6th visit in a row where the product did not come out as described on the menu. My husband was also given a bun that had started to stale. The waitstaff at least are polite or pleasant every time. Including a picture of the (obviously not fresh)green onions they served me

The place smells horrible, the service is really Bad, the food is not tasty at all. And the bartender gave us a terrible service. I will not go back. This place is bad I use to be a big fan of tgi Friday.

This place had gone downhill fast. I haven't been here in a while and my girlfriend suggested it because they have 5 dollar drinks. I ordered a salad and fruit cup combo for lunch. The salad was so small as was the fruit cup. It was embarrassing how small and somewhat dried up the fruit cup was. Even my friend said it was the saddest looking fruit cup she'd ever seen. Her meal was awful. She ordered soup and she couldn't even finish it. She said it was terrible. We also waited so long for our food and drinks and there was hardly anyone in there. Now we know why.
