The LOOM hotel and The Brook Kitchen & Bar was a wonderful experience!! The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. It was a comfy clean stay and The food at The Brook was tasty with good portions! The pancakes were fluffy and huge! Right across the street from a big mall that has a carousel, which was fun for our kids. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here when in the area and we would come back for sure! Thank you for the lovey time!

First time visiting the hotel and brook kitchen. Loved the atmosphere couldn’t stop looking around to see more details of the place, definitely need to visit in the summer months to be able to enjoy the beautiful patio they have. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Also tried the tequila flight which was amazing!! Thank you Tiffany for making the experience unforgettable!! Also need to visit again to try all the other flights they offer.

What a wonderful restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights and only had breakfast. We wish we could have eaten here for lunch and dinner - we are sure it was as delicious as breakfast. My husband had the Crab Cake Benedict and I had the Eggs Benedict. It was the best I have ever had. Seriously. Thick Canadian Bacon, excellent Hollandaise. My husband loved his Crab Cakes Benedict. The Sauce was a light sauce with a hint of Sirracha. Bravo chef Leo, and the friendliest servers Laura, and Amanda.

I'm hoping Valentine's day was a glitch but I'm not sure. Our waitress was a lovely person and this is no reflection on her. The manager and the kitchen staff however was questionable.
We arrived at 7:30 for our reservation and my husband had to park the car so we could be considered a little late. I was told by the hostess it would be a 5-10mins. No biggie. We were seating in the center aisle between the bar and the tables along the edge, not the greatest seating as it was tight but against not the biggest problem.
The problem? Waiting 2hours for any food.
My husband and I tend to be efficient when we go out so when the waitress asked what we wanted to order for drinks we ordered drinks, app, and entrees. When she warned us the kitchen was behind we should have been worried then, but we werent because it tends to be a busy holiday. First selection of drink for my husband was out, same with our choice of entree so we pivoted and put in what we thought was a simple order. Spinach artichoke dip with naan, gnocchi with a side of chicken, and a steak. Food that in average takes 30or so minutes.
We checked in with our waitress about 45 minutes into waiting for our app after we waited 15mins for our drinks from the bar. She told us it wouldn't be too much longer.
*2 hours later* we still had no food and requested to speak to the manager. We over heard her speak to 2 other tables. 'new chef, making items from scratch', were a few of the excuses given. We were eventually fed up enough that even the pitiful attempt to keep people content wasn't enough to get out of this. The manager never came to our table. I left for the bathroom and when I came back a cold steak and the wrong order was in front of my husband. The waitress eventually said we could leave and we did.
Sadly, I don't think I would go back after having had this experience. I believe this is also the kitchen for the hotel so I'm sad to see this as this is in a pretty boutique hotel near the airport.

Had an excellent experience at Brooks Kitchen + Bar inside the Loom Hotel during Restaurant Week. We shared a few dishes and everything was outstanding. What really stood out was how fresh everything tasted — you can tell the food is made in house with quality ingredients and real attention to detail.

The pecan salad and Caesar were both great, the salmon was perfectly cooked, and the braised short rib ravioli was a standout. The pairings throughout the meal were well thought out and complemented everything nicely.

Our server, Jake, was attentive and made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming.

From the food to the atmosphere, the whole place just feels right. Even as a local, the Loom Hotel is somewhere I’d still be tempted to stay. Definitely will be back.

Just tried out this place hidden in The Loom Hotel. While I was not staying at the hotel, this restaurant made me feel right at home. The food is all made from scratch, and the service was even better. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks to Jake for the hospitality.

This food is edible but not good. Knowing how may better places exist in providence not sure why anyone would come here unless they were staying at the loom. Jacob was absolutely delightful though. By far the star of the show. He was very nice and made great drinks.

Mishi was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we sat at the bar, she was attentive, polished, and genuinely warm. Every drink was perfectly made, and her professionalism and calm confidence made the entire experience feel elevated. Service like hers truly makes a difference — she’s a huge asset to this restaurant. We can’t wait to come back and sit at her bar again!

The food was all great. Our waiter Jake was awesome. This was our first meal in Rhode Island and we were very happy with everything. Look forward to trying more of the menu.

Jake provided excellent service to us during our dining experience here. I’ve been to several restaurants over the past year and the service that Jake provided to us tonight was extraordinary. He was attentive and asked for feedback after every dish was delivered. I haven’t had service like this in a very long time. Thank you for a memorable experience Jake. We will be back because of you.

The Brook Kitchen + Bar has a pleasant enough atmosphere with a modern, comfortable setup that works well, but it doesn’t really stand out. Service was just okay.

As for the food, it’s decent but inconsistent. I thought the fish and chips were good, but the homemade tarter sauce was disgusting and the clam chowder was way too thin. Then, I came down for breakfast and got the crab benedict. I was the only one in the place and it took almost a half hour to get my food. Looked good, but all that for my benedict to have basically hard boiled eggs, terribly cooked. Asked for refund as I had to get to work and couldn't wait for a remake and it seemed the server was terrified to talk to the chef. I ended up just getting a small discount.

Overall, it's an okay option if you’re nearby, but it’s not a destination restaurant you’d go out of your way to revisit. Which is disappointing since it's connected to a beautiful hotel.

We were excited for breakfast and that it’s offered until 2:00 pm. We ordered 2 orders of pancakes as the menu offered is super small with not much selection. That’s also the only thing on the breakfast menu we eat. A few minutes after ordering we were told they were out of pancakes yet there is still an hour & a half left of brunch. I find that unacceptable. We ordered 3 sides of bacon since there was nothing else & they sent 1 order swimming in a bowl of grease. Because we don’t eat eggs or grains we have no breakfast. Go to the store & get some pancake mix!
Update Day 2, we ordered pancakes & they called again & said they are out again. No breakfast for 2 days. What a joke. At least offer french toast in its place. We will rethink staying at the Loom next time.

My wife and I visited Rhode Island from Canada on a four day trip and stayed at the Loom Hotel. I would highly recommend the brook kitchen and bar restaurant if you’re staying at the hotel or just in and around the area.

We ate there one night for dinner, and it was fantastic. I had the chicken burger with fries, swapping the fried chicken for grilled, and it was so good - perfect combo of flavors and the grilled chicken was a great choice. My wife went for the burger sliders since she wasn’t that hungry and didn’t fancy a full burger, and she loved them. Perfect little bite-sized burgers that packed a lot of flavour. We also enjoyed a few drinks - cocktails and beer - which were excellent.

We had breakfast there a few mornings, and it was a great way to start the day. Lots of options to choose from. The Greek yogurt bowl was excellent. The homemade blueberry and strawberry jams they served on the side with toast were super fresh and flavorful. The bacon and sausages were great.

We also hung out at the bar a couple of times, and the drinks were on point. There’s a solid selection of booze, and the bar staff were awesome - really friendly and made great recommendations. It was a nice, relaxed vibe every time we stopped by.

Overall, we had a great experience. The food, the drinks, and the atmosphere were all top-notch, and the staff were super friendly. If you’re in the area or staying at the Loom, definitely check it out!

The food might be good, but the yelling is to much... if daniel only knew how dangerous yelling is. He wouldn't do it... so many people no one approach this kid about yelling. Maybe we should treat Daniel like a vocational student from Hershey Pennsylvania
