The LOOM hotel and The Brook Kitchen & Bar was a wonderful experience!! The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. It was a comfy clean stay and The food at The Brook was tasty with good portions! The pancakes were fluffy and huge! Right across the street from a big mall that has a carousel, which was fun for our kids. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here when in the area and we would come back for sure! Thank you for the lovey time!
First time visiting the hotel and brook kitchen. Loved the atmosphere couldn’t stop looking around to see more details of the place, definitely need to visit in the summer months to be able to enjoy the beautiful patio they have. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Also tried the tequila flight which was amazing!! Thank you Tiffany for making the experience unforgettable!! Also need to visit again to try all the other flights they offer.
What a wonderful restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights and only had breakfast. We wish we could have eaten here for lunch and dinner - we are sure it was as delicious as breakfast. My husband had the Crab Cake Benedict and I had the Eggs Benedict. It was the best I have ever had. Seriously. Thick Canadian Bacon, excellent Hollandaise. My husband loved his Crab Cakes Benedict.
