I'm delighted to share my positive experience at The Cozy Grill in Warwick. Amid the chaos of a recent move to the area, this charming brunch spot turned out to be a true gem. After a frustrating encounter with deceptive movers, the warm ambiance and welcoming staff at The Cozy Grill restored my faith in humanity.Upon entering, the delightful hostess, who defied her 82 years with grace, made us feel instantly at home. Her energy was contagious, and I couldn't help but be impressed as she led us to our table with the vigor of someone half her age.The menu offered a delightful array of options, and my choice, the cornbread Waffle Benedict, was a revelation. Topped with tender steak tips, asparagus, red peppers, and accompanied by some of the best home fries I've had in a while, it was a culinary delight. My boyfriend opted for the pulled pork Benedict, and we both found our meals to be incredibly flavorful and satisfying.Affordability and generous portions added to the appeal of The Cozy Grill. This experience has solidified it as our go-to brunch spot, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit next weekend. The attentive servers further enhanced our experience, offering refills without us even needing to ask—a rare and appreciated touch in a time where quality customer service can be elusive. It's heartening to find a place like The Cozy Grill where genuine hospitality and delicious food thrive, proving that exceptional service is still alive and well.

I visited Warwick RI for a retreat. I found this place while searching for a place to eat before hicking. The line is out the door with waiting list of 30 minutes. We decided to put our name on the list. While doing so a lady came in stating she has seats at the bar. Which we gladly accepted. Auntie was the best.; out beautiful auntie shared the menu with us like no one has ever done before. Which makes us more hungry. The vibe in the place is loving and caring. Extraordinary customer service. Our gorgeous waitress took our order very attentive. They were busy but our came very fast. The food is simply delicious ( picky eater ) I loved my eggs with pepper, potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Overall I enjoyed my stay. If you go and your lucky enough to see auntie she will make your week. Well done They Grill.

this was our usual spot until today. when my family came in today with two children, there was a sign stating to please seat yourself, we checked in with the hostess just in case and she pointed us to a table. we sat for less than a minute when the manager/owner (?) approached us very aggressively and rudely telling us we cant sit there and made us get up. immediately left a bad taste in our mouth and left. i told the hostess how rude he approached us and not one apology. wont be going there again sadly.

Went to eat here today, took a while for the waitress to come and take our order. When the food came out only one dish came then we waited for the rest. Then the waitress asked if I wanted French fries with my sandwich acting like it came with it and it didn’t so she never told me it would be an extra charge which is $5 for a couple of fries as we barely got any. And charged almost $7 for two sausage links. But besides all this, we have two kids so our hands were full and we put our food on top of our car and forgot and drove off with it. I called and asked if there was any way to have my sandwich remade as I didn’t even touch my sandwich/never took a bite and she said no they won’t remake it. I’m pretty sure you make enough money to be able to make another sandwich. I will not be back here ever again.

This restaurant made me feel at home with its homey vibes. The staff was friendly and you could tell this is a family friendly establishment. The cocktails were great and was the largest mimosa I've ever had! The food was good and it is a great place for a quick brunch on a weekday for sure!
