Not sure how this place stays in business. I guess it helps to be in a hotel…. Day one it took well over 30 minutes to get oatmeal and eggs. Waiter was less than friendly towards customers. Day two the restaurant didn’t even open for breakfast. When asked the front desk simply stated “the waiter didn’t show up.” Last time I checked, the restaurant was part of the deal. The $15.00 food credit doesn’t do much good if you can’t use it….

Great food! Stayed at hotel for 5 nights, ate at the Loft each night, tried a variety and food was consistently excellent!

The restaurant is in the hotel I stayed at. I had dinner here last night and now breakfast today and both meals were great! The food was good, came out quick and hot too. The service was great both times, plenty attentive without being over bearing. It's their slow season and they're not very busy and it's easy for them to be overbearing when you're the only one or very few people in dinning. I'll eat here next time I'm in town too.

Great bartender/server, enjoyed the bar. Salad was fresh, burger delicious, recommend JC as mgr who was giving his staff some time with family.

Giana was fabulous, catering to our needs and attentive. Even suggested we take our 3rd cup of coffee to go. My only complaint was I said no onions and they used scallions as a garnish.

Cool patio bar at the bottom of the NYLO hotel by Hilton. The lights overhead and the river make the atmosphere fantastic for hanging out.

We had dinner here and enjoyed the drinks, food, and conversation with Ramon and Gina. The drinks were strong and the Peperoni Flatbread Pizzas were excellent. Service was fast and accurate. The bar was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend eating dinner here especially if staying at the hotel for a handy and relaxing meal.

We went to this place due to its location. It has patio style seating and is right off the water. Beautiful outdoor decorations and pleasant atmosphere. There was a DJ but that may only be available on weekends.

This place is awesome. They have a new chef who is a super nice guy, and a fantastic deck along the river. I had some of the best pasta I have ever eaten here with perfectly cooked veggies and a great view. Definitely a place to consider even if you aren't staying at the hotel, and the prices are very reasonable!

Last night was my first time visiting in the Loft Bar as a walk in not a guest. I went by myself and felt very comfortable, Stephanie was my bartendar and she gave excellent advice on drinks and dinner. The other staff were also very friendly and made it easy to have conversation. Stephanie was always checking on me and was right there with my drink and appetizer. I had the spinach and artichoke dip which was made with fresh spinach, very delicious.

Love the oasis and amenities. Nice Sauna. Great views, (while working out even), and close proximity to everything I would want to do. Friendly staff, and very clean. Thank you for carrying breakfast blend, (with caffeine), with your in room keurig selections. It's all about the little things, and you have it.

They took a last minute reservation for 15-20 people after a wake, gave us a private space, and kept the kitchen open late to serve us. The service was great and the food was excellent. It made for a perfect end to a difficult day.

I ate here today without seeing the restaurant's rating and I don't understand why it has such a low score. Given my experience it should be much, much higher and I'd recommend it wholeheartedly. We attended a memorial service for an extended friend today and found out at 2pm that no plans were made for food afterwards. While scrambling to find an option we called The Loft, who were able to accommodate our group of 15 with a dedicated room with only a few hours notice. The service was great and our waiter Ramon went above and beyond to accommodate such a large group towards the end of the night.Between everyone we tried nearly everything on the menu. I personally tried the hummus platter, steak and cheese egg rolls, cheese pierogies, chicken marsala, and chocolate lava cake. Everything was delicious with the stand out being the chicken marsala, which was phenomenal. The chef, Aaron, came out to talk with us about the food and it was clear that he took a lot of pride in his work, and it showed. I don't know if he's new but the food was very, very good and nothing like what some of the other reviews indicate. Also, the portions are huge! I honestly laughed at my friends' vodka penne and chicken caesar salad; they'd be adequate portions at half the size. Prices are very reasonable given that most of us brought leftovers home.I don't write reviews often but after seeing the restaurant's rating I felt compelled, as my experience was so much better than what one would expect from reading some of the other reviews. I hope they do well because they deserve it!

First time at this hotel, my first night they opened for dinner and the bartender didn’t know how to make drinks so I couldn’t order what I wanted. The second night I wanted almost an hour for appetizers I ordered to go. Along with this, multiple people were waiting on orders that were not coming out.Hearing the cook tell the servers and bartender “stop worrying, it’ll be done when it’s done” was ridiculous.Never heard a restaurant say that or have this bad of service. Will not be eating here again.
