My friends and I had a really good time. The food was really really good. We had the happy hour. Rita showed us how to do it. And we got the lower price appetizers is on happy hour. We got the burger the chicken sandwich the calamari the beef something the shrimp tacos the chicken wings and my friend and I split it. It was very very good and Rita was really great but go back again and shout out to Nate he was very very helpful

I have a service animal and I was NOT allowed to sit window side because the owner said I was not allowed to seat my service dog when we asked for a 4 seat table my pup lays down where the chair belongs she is a fully certified service animal and I feel like I was sent to the back of the bus because of a disorder I should be able to enjoy what everyone else experiences very disappointed and WILL NEVER RTURN

very disappointing. Waitress told us today was her last day. Wouldnt give me ice with my water. Came over once to ask us how things were going. The grilled salmon was raw in the middle. Asked them to cook it more, waitress told me we had a few options and literally only said that one option. I dont usually complain but then she told me the chef doesnt cook grilled salmon to be more than medium-was raw in the middle. Was embarassing on a first date and the views of restaurant are pretty but this food was embarassing.

Had dinner last night. We went to the bar while waiting for a table. The bartender was totally overwhelmed, 1 Bartender for a large restaurant and Bar on a Friday night was ridiculous. We were about to leave when the hostess told us our table was ready. We had the most awesome waiter Nat , he saved the night with his awesome service and pleasant personality. I spoke with the owner when we were leaving, she seemed unable to understand customer service. If it wasn't for Nat and Rita the bartender who tried her best with an impossible situation. We would not return. Hopefully the owner will take some lessons in managing a restaurant.

This is normally my goto however I was disappointed in the food this visit. I ordered the baked seafood platter. Everything was covered in the same crumbs topping but it was all mush and everything tasted the same. The platter came with a stuffed quahoag and it was cold and needed to be baked longer as it tasted like the cracker topping on everything else. I also ordered a white sangria and that was delicious. I would recommend another dish as my husband got the steak and loved it.

Top of The Bay Restaurant offers stunning ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoying fresh, flavorful food right by the water was such a treat. The service was friendly and efficient, and the setting strikes the perfect balance between casual and elegant. I’ll definitely be back

Tonight, a group of us went for dinner. I ordered the Ocean Rib-Eye Steak, a 16oz rib-eye grilled to my liking, topped with sautéed sea scallops and crabmeat in a light garlic and white wine sauce. When the food arrived, I was shocked to see the scallops were raw. I touched one, and it was ice cold. The steak was also in three separate chunks. I explained the situation to the server, who looked shocked. The host then came over and asked how everything was, and I told her what had happened. She couldn’t believe it either and said she would check on it. Since scallops take a bit to cook, I asked for a new steak because it looked overcooked. Not five minutes later, the same meal was brought out, still the way my friend had taken a picture of everyone’s dish. They had just microwaved the entire plate! There was no sear or color on the scallops, and they still had the crab bits on top. I asked if they had microwaved the food, and she said no, that she had watched them cook in a pan. I’m a regular cook, and I know there was no way they could have done that. After dirty looks, she took back the plate. While my friends ate their food, we watched her point at us and talk to other employees. I’ve been to this restaurant a half dozen times before and never had any issues. But seriously, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Great views, service and food.

Everytime we have come here there is always an issue when redeeming any kind of credit we have on our rewards. This time was no exception we had a free draft beer owed to us but when the waitress scanned our number. She said we weren't able to redeem it but couldn't explain exactly why. The food is okay but not great. Baked Scord had no flavor it needed a zap of white wine & some butter. I never would order it again the Coleslaw was awful taste like vinegar. I won't be back!

Very friendly staff all around from the valet, hostess and wait staff. Excellent job with our party of 10 today for lunch. The improvement to the area by the city is also greatly appreciated.

White chowder bowl is a massive portion.

The baked stuffed shrimp dinner also very filling. 5 big shrimp, with mashed potatoes and half a corn cob to seal the deal.

If you're going for fish & chips get the dinner size it's worth the extra few bucks. Plus you get the chowder included.
