Enjoyed a 14.99 lunch special and a spectacular view. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. First time there. I will definitely be back

Went for the luncheon special advertised to 4pm. We got there at 3:50 and they told us it was too late and we should have been there at 3:30 to get the special. They said we had to order right away and if the order got to the kitchen by 4:01 it would be too late. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant. We didn't understand why they would want to turn us away. The waiter got our order in on time but the drinks were subpar and the food was just ok. I will never go back because of how rude the hostess treated us because we came for the special they advertised. They were resentful we came for the special. I could have understood if the place was packed but like I stated there were only a handful of patrons in the place.

The Irish hostess lady was AWFUL and very rude! Came in at 3:52 for the special that ended at 4 o’clock. Said it was too late as the kitchen was changing over!!! Really?? Only 3 tables in restaurant were booked. No wonder the place was empty! Everyone knows to go across the street to Iggy’s?

Great views of Greenwich Bay, good food & great service at this mostly seafood restaurant. It can get crowded during the Summer season though.

Parking: They have their own moderately-sized lot, and there's usually plenty of parking down by the beach.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp up into the main entrance on this establishment.

My wife and I both enjoyed one of their lovely daily specials, in this case a delicious chicken in pink vodka sauce over pasta. It was wonderful to relax and have a delicious meal while watching the sunset through their floor to ceiling windows. The food and service were top-notch, and ended up only costing slightly more than a chain fast casual restaurant. Worth the trip, and definitely worth the stop if you're in the area.

I never not have a great time. The laid-back vibe is perfect for grown folk. Rita on the bar keeps a lively pace and keeps the tempo upbeat.

The seafood was really delicious. The Lobster Bisque was hands down the best I have ever had. I had never heard of Clam Cakes before. They were delicious. My daughter ordered steak tacos. That was a terrible idea. They weren't so tasty. Stick with the seafood. I ordered the broiled seafood platter. It was a lot of food. It could definitely be split between two people.

The service was great. There was a party of 17 while we were there. We still got really great service.

The host remembered our names as we left. That was nice.

Definitely visit. Plus the view was amazing.

An excellent Mediterranean restaurant with nice views of the Bay. There's also entertainment on the upstairs deck. However, there is no dining up there. The salads are big and wonderful. Calamari was divine. And some of the best RI/Manhattan Chowder that I've ever had.

Didn't expect Top of The Bay Restaurant to serve up a 5 ⭐ meal... but they did! Fresh, flavorful and affordable seafood with great catch of the day deals. The Lobster is their showcase and it really stands out on table preparation and in the Lobster roll with butter. Indulge every now and then as life is too short!
Tasty oysters, clams and calamari round out great prepared fries, fresh or baked seafood. Top of The Bay Restaurant has street and valet parking. Reservations are highly recommended.
