The chowder was okay. The clam cakes were missing the clams. The fish tacos and fish and chips were delicious. The grapenut pudding was missing flavor. For the money, the main dish was worth it.
We were a party of 12 and there was some confusion about our reservation, so it didn’t start off well. Service was kind of slow in the beginning, I don’t think they were well staffed. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was good. The highlights were the rolls with dipping sauces and the Point Judith fried calamari. The fish & chips and lobster bisque were average. First time trying the lobster bisque and it was delicious! I’ve had other menu items in the past but the bisque is hands down my favorite! Who says you can’t enjoy seafood in the winter? Great for takeout on a chilly night. The dining in experience here is also very good. I’d reccomend for date nights during the warmer months. 🦞
