Bedros, server and bartender is absolutely great!Had Veggie Pizza Extracaganza with cauliflower crust!Most delicious, low-xcall, healthy pizza!A must try!

This is the second time ordering here and the first time that i did, i told myself never again but i decided to try again which was a bad decision. I got potato wedges and steamed brocolli...sounds simple and im not picky but my wedges looked like crickets. It was dry shriveled and burnt. Definitely not wasting my money here again.

As a long-time Uno's chain customer, this location has always been hit or miss, but this weekend's visit is likely to be our last. We stopped by for an early dinner after a day trip up north. The place was about half full and didn't seem understaffed. The host sat us down and then... nothing! We waited for about 20 minutes, no one stopped by to take our orders or even offer an excuse for the wait. We tried to flag down a waiter, but he seemed to brush right past us. We were hungry and thirsty, so we got up and left. We drove over to Wickford Junction and had an amazing meal with excellent service at Frankie's Pizzeria. With so many good pizza places to pick from in southern Rhode Island, don't go to a mediocre restaurant for a pizza and a beer!

I went to Uno pizzeria tonight. I haven’t been there in two years and was really looking forward to it. However, I Was extremely disappointed with my experience, My Pizza had no taste. It was not worth the $15. Our waiter Matt looked at me like he had never seen somebody in a wheelchair before he Never brought us our food or came over once to check on me and my friend to see if we need anything or ask us how the food was there was also a group of very obnoxious and loud teenagers when my friend went to settle our bill it took her at least 15 minutes to get it straightened out because nobody came to assist her I will never eat again Uno pizzeria I can get better Tasting pizza at Uncle Tony’s and it will Be worth The Money Take my advice everyone do not eat at Uno pizzeria. It is not worth it.

What a wonderful time we had at Unos this past Thursday for the End of Summer Bash! Baby shark, Stitch and Minion Bob! Corn hole, bounce house, limbo, ProFM and Dawn the Duck. Food was amazing, and the manager, Sam, and staff worked hard making sure we were having fun! Thank you! Can’t wait for the next event!

I went there on Thursday night with my kids for the end of summer bash ... The server we had was very friendly and always made sure we were good and Dident need anything ! Koudus to stitch he went in the bouncy house with my kids and they absolutely loved it it made there night so much better!! Great job unos this was a fantastic event and we will definitely be returning again soon!!!

We are pretty easy going restaurant people and this was such a bizarre experience. Service is very confusing, and I wasn’t even sure our server worked there at first. Took our kids to the “summer bash” ordered a kids meal, an app and a salad. Salad and app came out first with kids meal coming 5 minutes after. We spilled a drink and a server looked at us and laughed then walked away. We waited about 5 minutes then had to get up and ask host for napkins and ketchup. It honestly looked like a bunch of friends or family members serving together, and most of the time they were on their phones at the host stand. The kids meal grapes came out covered in Caesar dressing and the salad was wilted old lettuce. We weren’t expecting a lot but the advertisement included Stitch and Minions- Stitch was a 12 year old who walked through and then just took his head off in the middle of the dining room.

The manager hung up on me after I explained that someone messed up my food. My kids don’t eat bone-in, I got bone wings as I had requested boneless. Once I had an issue and said there was no need for a refund I was immediately hung up. Next time maybe have better service.

I’m glad other people are mentioning their poor customer service experiences. Everytime I come here the food is good, but poor customer service. They take your order, then walk around blindly walking past you, while you wait for your check. If you don’t flag someone down or go up to the front desk you’ll be stuck for 30+ mins waiting for the check. Plus always look at your check, they never put in any special deals / discounts. My first $0 tip to a waiter/waitress.
