Went there today ordered 2 pulled pork 1 hot and spicy and 1 regular roast beef all of it was cold and I mean right out of the fridge cold. Went inside and told the manager and wanted my money back witch was $45 . She then tells me she can't refund because she doesn't know how ? I mean a Manger should absolutely know how to do a refund. She then called the owner and after about 10 minutes I got my money back. I've Went there alot but never again. Unless you want to get sick and hand the squirts stay away from this place

I love Walt’s! Best roast beef sandwich around. Staff is friendly here. Interior is due for a renovation, but it adds to the classic feel of this location for those who have frequented for years and years like myself. They put that money into great food, which really matters. Only Walt’s with a drive thru, too!

Dont care much for reviews, but when i order 3 large fries, and there still frozen amazes me, How can and individual fail too thougfhrly cook frozen fries? Place gone down hill.

We were the only customers... recieved 4 ice cold sandwichs and cold fries.. waited a bit for the food.. while waiting someone came and asked if we re the people with the 4 sandwichs then disappeared. Lately every time we come here the food is cold or not made correctly. Probably won't be back

I will say this place has a lot of damn nerve charging what they do. You pay around the same price as for a sub but walt's, like in my case gave me very little pastrami on a hamburger bun with no cheese for 7 dollars and then charges 3.10 for a small fountain soda. Absolute ripoff. You can go to market basket 2 minutes up the road and get a vastly better sandwich that's more than twice the size and uses better meats for $5.

Good fries and cake when they're actually open. Google Maps says they're open until 10pm on a Monday. Their own website says 9pm. I got there before 7:30pm and they were closed. This has been going on for months, perhaps years? They need to get their act together and either maintain posted hours or post hours that reflect reality!

The bathroom smell was nauseating. Not sure if it was the cleaner they used, a customer that was in there or a combo. The roast beef sandwich was cold and tough. Very mediocre.
I do not know who the manager of this store is on Bald Hill road but she is the most ignorant rudest human being I've ever met at a fast food restaurant I ordered two pastrami sandwiches and a potato salad what I received was one sandwich that was not pastrami no other sandwich a potato salad no napkins nor no utensil to eat it with when I pulled back in and explained to her that I only got one sandwich and a potato salad she became very belligerent with me and rude and asked me for my bag of food back and I said no you can just give me my other sandwich please and utensil she then began to be very very rude so I became very very rude because I believe that what you dish out comes back to you and if you can't handle that then you probably shouldn't give it out she then decided to refund me my money tell me that I should go to Burger King and threw a spoon at me then gave me my refund 17 cents short and continue to be belligerent and ignorant while I was pulling away I wrote to the company we'll see what happens with that I will be getting a hold of this company the corporate owner whose name is Anthony and if he sees this maybe he should get a hold of his customers whoever she was was very short doc here and ignorant as all hell I will not ever go there again if she is there I will also be spreading theword around town and all over internet on how ignorant and rude she truly was when I left the store she never took the bag of food back I opened it it was not even a pastrami sandwich what I ordered so not only did I not get both of my sandwiches or a utensil to eat my potato salad with I got one sandwich and it wasn't even the right sandwich whoever is running this show over here on Bald Hill road should be fired if you cannot do your job then you probably shouldn't have one there she was bitching moaning and complaining right as I pulled up the window to someone else in the store so she was already having issues with people however I will not be anyone's punching bag so her verbal abuse and her rudeness towards me will not go unaddressed

Arrive to find the door closed and drive in only as the option. Order two Walts roast beef sandwiches. The first one had so much fat in it. I wound up throwing it out. The second one I had a few bites but found it disgusting. The roast beef isn’t soft like these sandwiches in the northeast generally are.It was chewy and had a lot of fat. I gave the atmosphere three cause I ate in my car. The lady taking the orders was nice enough, but the food was horrendous. Find a better place.

Got 2 Yukon's and onion rings. Sandwiches were all gristle. Try to bite and the sandwich comes apart because it's all fat rings were gristle. Through the food out, came to Ferruccis in West Warwick. Great food at half the price
