Ordered thru drive thru! 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 sides.. got home and only one sandwich in the bag.. called them.. so sorry we will make you a fresh one! Drove back to get the sandwich ( it was dinner for my daughter and myself) got back to the house, sandwich wasn’t made fresh as promised, it was so wet and slimy I didn’t eat it! The roast beef in my daughter’s sandwich looked raw! Had to microwave it! Very disappointed! With service like this it’s a wonder they are still open

This restaurant shouldn't even be called a Walt's roast beef restaurant. It is nothing like the one on Newport avenue. It's hard to believe is it a franchise.There's a woman who always works the front counter who is the rudest, nasty, most miserable worker that I have ever dealt with. Idk how this woman even keeps her job there, smh the owner must be desperate for help. She acts as though you're bothering her. It's your job lady!!! We will never go to the Warwick location again because of her
