The people working drive thru at Wendy’s Post Rd are rude also the establishment is not clean at all. I would rather drive a little further and go to the Wendy’s on Warwick Ave.It is clean and people working drive thru are very Pleasant.

Hello HAPPY PEOPLE

I pulled off 95 in that heavy storm because it was pretty horrible. Even my car announced you have 0 feet of viability. So I randomly got off the highway. A kept the car on the road until I saw Wendy's and pulled over.

The young woman of 16 saw me clearly past the point of a long emotional day followed by hail in RI.

It was so slow I was the only person. She came sat down and kept me company
while I got myself together. I hope her manager knows how special she is.

The food was usual Wendy's food. The service was fantastic.

Food is stale and went in the trash . The meat was stale dried out and gross . Pretty pathetic another human being looked at this and said ya id eat that here ya go .
I'm guess there no management to continously alow such poor service . Hey if your such short staff it may be time to give up and close up for good and stop wasting everyone's time and money

**also employee only offered medium amd large sizes for the biggy bag.. completely ruined the point of a cheap lunch good job with the false advertisement guess small only exist at other locations

New frostys. The men liked the Brownie batter. The caramel one eh. Not much caramel. Burgers always decent at this Wendy's. Good staff

I stood at the counter for a full 4 minutes, watching multiple employees walking by the front, including a very surly supervisor, before I was even acknowledged. Everyone from the counter back seemed very disinterested in being there, and the mood was immediately tense. Some of the worst customer service I've seen. For the price, get a real meal at a much friendlier sit down restaurant.

Very fast ... But I could have waited an extra 20 seconds for toasted buns !!! When they aren't toasted the staleness shows . Terrible bread

Needs to do much better. Food was cold, one of the sandwiches was wrong, dining area was not clean but worst of all was the women’s bathroom. It was filthy. Feces on the toilet seat and a piece on the floor beside the toilet. I had 3 young girls that needed to use the toilet.

The staff were very polite and engaging. The caramel Frosty was amazing! Thanks to biggie bags, I fed 3 adults for under $30, and it all tasted fantastic!
