Just forked out $7.22 for 6 quarter sized dry nugget things and a large coke. Didn't know I'd get basically molested on the coke prices. I figured how bad could it be? Rip off city.. no wonder Wendy's is closing everywhere. I'll never go back that's for certain.

Stopped by on my lunch break and got charged for someone else's order on accident then charged for my actual order and now I have to stop by after work to argue about getting the money back from the other person's order.

Paid an extra $1 for sauce( which is ridiculous two meals came to $34) for home and didn’t even get the sauce. This place consistently gets the orders wrong. They don’t even give a dipping sauce with meals anymore the lady refused made me pay extra for it and didn’t even put it in the bag…..

Horrible customer service and attitude. I was ordering 3 biggie meals and when I ordered the second 2(they were the same), I needed to modify one burger, the girl taking my order through the speaker cut me off and said “ummm I’m waiting for the drinks and sauce still”. And I replied” what? How would I know you’re waiting for me to tell you that when you didn’t ask “and her reply was “well I asked you in the first one so I figured you knew I’d need it for this one too” with so much attitude like I’m supposed to know? I don’t work there. I can’t see the screen. what kind of customer service is this? I didn’t realize I need to be psychic to order here. No apology nothing. So unbelievably rude. Then I ordered 5 jr frostys and she didn’t say anything, just dead air for at least a minute. Finally she says “is THAT all?” I stayed quiet because I had children with me and I don’t like to make scenes. I worked customer facing jobs my entire life and have never spoken to someone like that. It’s appalling. I hope she was training and this is her first job so she just has no clue. Otherwise, get a different job. 0/10 booooo 👎👎👎👎

Was pleasantly surprised with this location. Quick service, clean dining area, and food was as ordered. I mean you can't go wrong with two Dave's singles and a Jr. Frosty. Everything was ready in about two minutes and napkins were in the bag. Yes one of the sandwiches was not as hot as the other but the quality of both burgers was the same - a price you pay for quick turnaround time. The manager even gave me a wave when I left!

This location has some of the worst customer service. These kids clearly hate their job and will make sure you know it before you collect your food. If they even talk to at all beyond telling you how much your food is.

I was willing to overlook the crap service for the cheap food but everytime I ordered a biggie bag some one had to try and upsell me and since no one bought the upsell they’ve jacked the prices up.

Won’t be returning. Raising your prices cost you a long time paying customer. Food has never improved just became more costly.

I came here with my partner expected to be able to eat hot food, but we were served cold burgers, cold, fries, and cold nuggets. We asked them to remake it and again we still cold fries and cold nuggets. They are throwing down fresh ones I’ve been here for like 30 minutes and still have not received my order at this point I don’t even want it and I want a refund but because I paid online apparently there’s an issue I want to speak to the order of supervisor or someone this is not that I should’ve not sat here for 45 minutes just to not eat this is nonsense outside on his phone and look at our cars

The people working drive thru at Wendy’s Post Rd are rude also the establishment is not clean at all. I would rather drive a little further and go to the Wendy’s on Warwick Ave.It is clean and people working drive thru are very Pleasant.

Hello HAPPY PEOPLE

I pulled off 95 in that heavy storm because it was pretty horrible. Even my car announced you have 0 feet of viability. So I randomly got off the highway. A kept the car on the road until I saw Wendy's and pulled over.

The young woman of 16 saw me clearly past the point of a long emotional day followed by hail in RI.

It was so slow I was the only person. She came sat down and kept me company
while I got myself together. I hope her manager knows how special she is.

The food was usual Wendy's food. The service was fantastic.
