Forgot my mother's sandwich and they closed the door before they even handed me my second drink, then I had to ask for straws because they had thought they gave us straws, as we rectified that we didn't, they proceeded to give me a straw, but I ordered 2 drinks. This negligence to follow through shows poor management.

This location needs quality control. I hasn't been there in a couple years because the food wasn't good. I just tried this location last week and both the burgers and a chicken sandwich were dry, and didn't come the way they were ordered on-line.

They literally can’t make anything right. My frosty coffee was literally black and I got attitude for wanting it lighter. My sandwich was completely dry. All around rude people and horrible service.

Contantly messing up grubhub orders. CONSTANTLY. Replacing Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers on several different times. Food is ALWAYS cold or luke warm at best. Forgetting straws, etc etc.

The lady at the counter was extremely rude. didn’t ask what i wanted for drinks (wanted things that couldn’t be done from the machine) rolled her eyes at me, over charged me. definitely should not be working in customer service, coming from someone who’s been in customer service for almost 10 years.

My cat passed away this morning so I've been sad. While resting on the couch I saw the Wendy's commercial and thought to myself that looks like good comfort food since I'm sad. My husband agreed, stepped into his boots, hopped in the car and was on his way up Warwick Ave. When he came back home, he said he waited so long in the drive-thru. He was given the wrong order and had to wait longer for the right order. When he got back home only 5 minutes away and placed my food on the table, I couldn't wait to eat. Well what a disappointment that was. The food was so cold and hard. Horrible! The double stack was half on the bun and missing lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The buns was hard and old. The fries were limp and cold. The chicken nuggets were hard, oily, and cold. Now the chocolate frosty was the best part of my meal. My husband said his spicy chicken sandwich and fries was also cold and disgusting. Absolute trash, don't waste your money there!! The Department of Health needs to inspect that restaurant for sure!

Was served by a wonderful woman named lily. She was very delightful and was quick to get my order. I don't speak well English but she could understand my tough korean accent easily ans help me with my order. 10/10! Loved visiting RI!
Quality has gone way down just paid for two grilled chicken wraps with extra cheese and extra ranch and neither had either also they were soo undersized that it was immediately noticeable lest than 5 inches long and about 2 inches across. I will not be returning here and that is said because they were making a comeback in Quality for a bit. It was at 7:20pm so if you go there make sure it's before 4pm and make sure you check your food before driving home
