I usually stop and get breakfast here once a week but I think Im done. The girl at the drive thru in the morning doesn’t even acknowledge you when you say good morning to her. She actually doesn’t say anything at all and looks miserable. Im there at 715 this am and get a luke warm burrito and cold potatoes. If someone like that works there and is that miserable, maybe it’s time for a change. Sorry but a smile helps even if you don’t necessarily mean it.

This girls name Morgan every time she is in the window is very rude and has a bad attitud . I was placing my order and she just cut me off with de total. I said Im not done yet and she replied with an attitud ohhhh ok.When I got to the window I said you have a bad attiud and you should be careful the way you talk to people. He just lift her shoulders with an attitud and pretended to not heard what I said. I spoke to the girl manager and she seems not to care and just said ok sir I will talk to her.

Requested extra dressing and would have paid extra if advised. When I pulled up to get my order I asked again if the extra dressing was in the bag and was told yes only to get all the way home and find out it wasn’t. Customers should feel confident when they request something when they pull up to the pick up window and not not have to reiterate the same request and lied too

I went in around 10:30 a.m., and it was completely empty, yet I stood at the counter and waited a while for someone to acknowledge me. When the person finally showed up, she never said one word. I gave my order, and still she never said anything and looked miserable the whole time. Extremely bad customer service.

It was ok. Staff wasn't terribly friendly. I also couldn't do two orders for one car while goung through the drive through, which was unfortunate. When I worked at Wendy's, I always was able to make two or more orders for the same car (maybe it just depends on location, because a different place did two orders for the same car). So I saved time and went through drive through twice. People did that when I worked at Wendy's too, and my crew never got mad. But at this location, the staff got all riled up for some reason.Also, when I asked if they had the 50 nugget meal on their menu, they responded by just saying "only corporate," which makes no sense to a commoner. I worked at a location that did the 50 nugget meal and I assumed they just had it everywhere. All in all, not bad, but not great.
