They don’t answer the phone anymore & when I did get though months ago I placed an order I arrived 15 mins after I called & they asked me if I called in I said yes then they just started to make my order I waited 20 mins just to get the wrong muffin. I like the food the service needs a serious improvement.

Honestly, this place went down hill quickly unfortunately. I used to frequent this establishment but when the staff started to change it just wasn’t the same. The coffee wasn’t ever great just appreciated the home town vibe and beach atmosphere. Place is only about a block from me but I drive passed it now to go to Ritual Cafe. Ritual simply has better coffee and superior sandwiches.

West shore coffee bar is a go-to spot for us. They are dog friendly and our pup is well behaved so we take her for a ride. Their food is ok, but the coffee never disappoints!

Can’t say enough good things about West Shore Coffee Bar, Dan and his staff. I’m always well taken care of and the lattes are on point. Warwick is lucky to have so many locals options such as this. Please support your local caffeine dealer instead of the chains!

Got a chicken salad sandwich to go, got it home; no chicken salad inside, just bacon and cheese.. They creamed our coffees without asking about non- dairy options and ruined that too. Not a great day at this coffee spot.

idk why this place has so many good reviews, maybe the baristas just hate me specifically but i’m always pretty nice. y’all i ordered a hot latte with oatmilk and they made me wait almost 10 mins (there weren’t many people in the store) for…. a lukewarm drip coffee with whole milk in it. every time they mess up my order somehow. also the cups are styrofoam, which i think is really ironic seeing how the cafe is so beach/ocean themed.

Coffee and lattes are good... servers all seem to offer good service. I'm guessing the service is good during the week and comical on the weekend?Questionable service?--MIGHT have something to do with the fact that it's a cbd place (just a hunch).Seeing for it's uniqueness.... at least.
Friendly people, unique and delicious menu options. They take coffee seriously in here and the quality and flavor represents that.

I love this place but between the rude tall girl with brown hair and the rude owner. I’m can’t come back. During the week it’s Great amazing staff the weekend when she working she’s always in a bad mood slamming things. Then the owner comes in and says inappropriate things. What is that? Is that how you run a business

I love the lattes! The Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favorite. But unfortunately I won’t continue to support this place. The owner constantly says rude and inappropriate things. I have also witnessed the disrespect and horrible things he says about his employees. I don’t recommend others continue to support a small business that is run this way. Try presto or latte love instead

I love coming to westshore coffee bar everyday ! Only coffee that gets me going , French toast sticks are awesome. Biggest thing Gabby and Victoria are awesome , sweet, down to earth. I met so many cool people at the bar. Not only meeting but networking and coming together as a community getting coffee ! I love my s’mores latte - support small :)

Always satisfied with food and drinks when I come here. Unique menu with lots of options. Although, the staff is a bit slow and always confused, been here more than a handful of times and have had a few things messed up/staff miscomunication (I've gotten my drink put in the fridge for 'doordash' about three times now.) Also, parking is a bit tricky
