I ordered a medium iced latte and asked how many shots were in it, the girl working the counter stated two. I asked if I could add an extra shot and she rang me up. When the drink was done, it looked like a cup of milk and tasted the same, with a hint of coffee. I brought it up to the girl working telling her there wasn't much coffee in it and she said she could add more espresso. She walked over and added something (assuming cold brew) out of a dispenser. It was disappointing.

Alainas has fantastic chorizo breakfast sandwiches and grilled chipotle paninis! Absolutely loved them. Their flavored roasted coffees are also a plus for those of us that can't have sugar!

Their service is top notch. Ginger is awesome and my brother and I loved our interaction. We have gone a few times, but Ging has hands down been my favorite part of the experience.

If you get a chance, stop by for a bite and some coffee, it's worth it!

Vegetarian options: There's a few veggie options on the menu!

Dietary restrictions: Work with you if you have carb or sugar problems. Also has dairy alternatives.

Parking: Easy parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, easy in and out

Had an issue with an order and called to attempt to resolve it. The chicken on the chicken salad was pink, cold, and did not taste good. I ended up throwing it out because I started to get nervous about getting sick. Called Alaina's and complained and was told that the chicken is pre cooked so it's not their fault, and that they eat it daily and it's fine. They asked me to bring it in but I told them I threw it out and they said "without proof, I can't help you . How do I know you're not lying and just want your money back?" I was at work so obviously couldn't leave anyways (had a co worker go pick it up in the first place ). I am appalled at how rude and disgusting I was treated. At the end of the call, my co worker told me she didn't even touch her salad after looking at the chicken (and she watched me throw mine out) . Again, if I wasn't at work I could've brought hers back but. Definitely the worst customer service.

I'm a usual at this point and I have to say this is the best cafe/coffee shop I've ever been to. Being an avid black coffee enjoyer, the variety of natural coffee flavors with no sweeteners is incredible here. The food is incredible, haven't tried one item I dislike. And the people who work there are, above all, the most hospitable, kind, happy people I've met. The service is great, and I always leave there with a smile.

"I recently discovered this hidden gem of a cafe and I'm so glad I did! I went with my wife and mother in law while on the way to breakers mansion from CT. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and outstanding quality of the food and drinks.

.I tried the chai latte and jalapeno cream cheese bagel combo for just $7, and it was love at first sip and bite! The latte was rich and perfectly spiced, while the bagel was toasted to perfection with just the right amount of cream cheese and a delightful kick from the jalapeno.

But the real showstopper was the veggie wrap, donut, and coffee combo for only $21. The wrap was packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients and was so filling I could hardly finish it (in the best way possible!). The donut was sweet and fluffy, and the coffee was bold and expertly brewed.

What truly impresses me is the value for money - the portions are generous, and the quality is top-notch.I am sure I've paid 20 percent more the price elsewhere for half the quality and quantity. The service was also friendly and attentive.

If you're looking for a delicious, satisfying, and affordable cafe experience, look no further! I'll be back for sure."

I ordered a large hot chai tea. The menu board listed it as $3. When I got to the pick-up window, the girl said $4.50 and handed me a large iced Thai coffee. I told her that wasn't mine and I had ordered a large hot chai tea. She apologized, saying she was confused. I said it was no problem and apologized for the confusion.

However, when she rang me out, she tried to charge me $4.75 for the hot tea. I pointed out that the menu board listed it as $3. She looked at me as if I was crazy and insisted it was $4.75. Frustrated, I told her to forget it and drove off. Her rudeness and the overcharging were unacceptable, and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and inaccurate pricing. Be sure to check your receipt when they ring you out, as they might be overcharging you too.

The place is beautiful. The cashier was horrible. Instead of handing me the change she threw it towards my open hand. Coins were everywhere. Then she tells the cook “this is for the black guy over there”. He looks up at me. I didn’t think too much of it because he himself is mixed race. They announced everyone’s order except mine. So I returned to the counter and asked if my food was ready. It had been sitting there for several minutes. The food was bland. Very. The latte was bland. I would NOT recommend this place.
