I went to this dunkin an hour before they closed, and givanna & aiyana were nothing but kind!!! They were funny, bubbly, and made my friends coffee & my refresher to the nines. I’m not in this area often but I will make it a point to come back & see them whenever I am!!! Stellar service from these girls:)

Genuinely the most pleasant drive through experience for any restaurant I’ve ever had. Long line but moved fast, the person on the drive through call was friendly and answered our questions on the new menu items, and we got our order in no time, hot and fresh. Will be our new must-stop Dunkin when we’re taking 95S through here!

terrible location. Rude workers, extremely slow service, you’re lucky if you get any napkins. I’ve been inside and you can’t help but notice how gross it is with the flies and dirty bathrooms. Crew never paying attention, I could go on and on. Management should be embarrassed. Do not eat here if you value clean good service

Even if the service is terrible they have no problem sending out the card reader in the drive thru to give you the guilt tip machine what ever happened to just taking the card now they hand you the machine so you can choose your tip amount before making the sale lol

I went to grab something warm today, to drink from the lobby, it was 702, the guy there said they close the lobby early! I said why it says on the sign closes at 8 pm! So he said the manager told.them to close at 7 on Tuesday! I was a little annoyed and shortly thereafter just left!
Every time I go here they do not know how to make a frozen mocha, and they’re always confused when I ask for one??? Please don’t go here.
