Purchased a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card $20.00. They were out of envelopes to put it in. So I asked for a cup to put it in. Which may have cost them 15 cents. The employee had to ask her manager, a large African-American woman came over and said that I needed to purchase something to get a cup. I held up the receipt and the gift card I literally just purchased and said “I did just make a purchase”. She said NO! angrily you have to make a purchase if you want a cup for free. Her attitude was nasty. She was extremely rude and I will never go there again. Merry Christmas Dunkin ! HORRIBLE customer service. There are 159 other Dunkin’ Donuts in Rhode Island and many other coffee shops. I think you better up your game if you want to stay in business.

I asked where do workers go, they said they have another bathroom in the back. Once again they appeared evasive..

Rude drive through lady, coffee typically is extremely watered down compared to every single other dunkin, food isn't even fully heated like the cheese on my sandwich is still a solid slice, hash browns are cold 70% of the time and today their ovens aren't working?! Like come on man. It's the only dunkin around. I know they're pretty quick but the coffee at this dunkin isn't even coffee, it's flavored water.
Lady on the speaker was rude and disrespectful. Rushing customers and giving an attitude. If you don’t like talking to people you shouldn’t work in customer service. Didn’t even finish ordering due to her attitude. Won’t be returning to this Dunkin.

Since the new manager came on the store is so much cleaner. The staff is super friendly period orders are more accurate. Overall the quality of the store has gone up

Incompetent workers that need to slow down, my bagels are never properly toasted, never has cream cheese on it, and never comes with something to spread the cream cheese. The people here rush and do not care about the products they give or properly cooking or making something.

Came here to say this was one of the best Dunkin' I've been too in a long time. Surprised to see such a low rating, but, more than once I've been thru during the busiest times of the morning and they we super fast in the drive thru despite the line being out into the street. They were killin it this morning, as usual from my experiences, so I had to give them some recognition! Thanks to the whole morning crew!!
