First we were given a room key for the room next to ours. I wondered why the door wouldn’t open. Fortunately the door extra lock was on or I would have walked in on people sleeping. Our room was like Costa Rica; so humid that the bed and towels were wet. The manager said the air conditioning unit was brand new. He had better get his money back. The breakfast included powdered eggs. Awful! The rug in our room was wet to walk on. The staff was very pleasant but I feel bad that they have to work there. You can be sure I will not be going back to this hotel!Safety: The side door of the hotel was kept unlocked. UNSAFE!!!!!!

Pool and hot tub are functional and clean! The ceilings have been placed high so the pool room does not give off that suffocating smell induced by chlorine allowing better ventilation. Pool towels are also available upon request. Breakfast spread is sufficiently stocked with variety to satisfy each age group. Has an infused water available which is very pleasant after a long day exploring the state. Mattress and sheets are comfortable per our standards. Fresh sheets are placed and room smells fresh and good - no lingering musty odor. No problems with parking is encountered. Late night cravings are readily satisfied as it is a short drive to Warwick.

Clean room, good selection of breakfast items, and great customer service. Steve at the front desk was an absolute paragon of customer service! Will return next time we are in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel, which we had chosen based on location. Our rooms were large, very clean and had everything we needed. The biggest pleasant surprise was the included breakfast, which had a full range of buffet options very well-prepared. The breakfast was much better than you usually find at other hotels that include breastfast

We’ve been staying at Best Western for 12 years. It started with a friend’s employee discount and became our go to because they are dog friendly. We’re on a road trip and arrived at 10pm and checked out at 8am. I’m glad this one wasn’t our first or we wouldn’t be back. Let me start with the good. Every staff member we had contact with is super friendly. And I could tell they try to work with what they have. The hotel is old and worn out. From the rusty hinges, to worn door knobs and toilet seat. Literally, the toilet seat is one of those old heavy ones that can break your fingers. The floor tile is chipped, the carpet is worn. The hotel is 2 story with no elevator, keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or traveling with a lot of baggage. I did not take photos, there’s no need to blast them like that. Breakfast was blah too. We paid $282 for 1 night, not worth it at all. This is a $175 a night property, only because of the area. $100 a night is most appropriate.

I was a bit skeptical while booking this hotel after seeing the reviews, but it was great. Great value for money. It was super clean, and the bed was very comfy.Room/amenities:Everything in one place, I was impressed how they have everything that I could think of, e.g., Microwave, refrigerator, iron, iron stand, hair dryer, computer table and chair, sofa, alarm clock. Ice machine at premises and paid laundry too. Nice and small gym and a pool for you to relax.Staff:Very welcoming and friendly face to see once you entered the building.Breakfast:Hot pancakes, scrambled eggs, and very decent breakfast options. It is Loud:It's a 2-story building with thin walls and a roof and no elevator. The music on the room above was too loud. We could hear them talking loudly and their laughter.Rooms: Very neat and tidy.Food & drinks: Nice breakfast, some hot options available. I had boiled eggs

Stayed here a long time ago back in June of 2008 I was 8 at the time and was in town of my cousins wedding. All I have to say is no complaints other than being a nice hotel for a family of I 5 would stay here again the next time I’m in the area for anything

A very nice place. breakfast was very good. Front desk were nice and helpful. They were good enough to let us leave our car there while we did a 10 day bicycle trip around the area. Close to highway. Our only complaint was the pool and hot tub were not open at either end of our trip.

Right off the GWY and a quiet night sleep. Check-I and Out was easy:) Bed and pillows comfortable:) Room came off clean except for a little more dusting and wiping of end tables wouldn’t hurt? Breakfast is much like your average BW, but a little better effort:) Employees were nice and welcoming:) Washer/Dryer on sight for ? travelers:) Small TV, but very good selection. Plenty of hot shower water with good pressure:) Area came off safe:)

I stay at this local hotel twice a year for Valentine's day and Mother's day. Disappointed that the pool area was not opened (missed it by a week), however I realize that it is beyond their control. A nice gentleman by the name of Steven showed me around the area though and told me about it so I am very excited for next year. Staff is always helpful and nice. I requested a 2nd floor and was given that. Room was clean and well stocked.

Stayed here as I was passing through the area and the price was good. Nice, no frills, older property. Clean and very convenient to I-95. I am an older woman traveling alone and I don't want to spend time looking for my hotel. This one was a simple three turns off the exit. Lots of tv channels and the water for a shower was nice and hot. Mohammed checked me in and he was very nice. I like a hotel employee that chats with you and asks how you are doing. The pancakes and pastries for breakfast were good. No one at the desk when I went to check out. The person was outside talking to someone. The pool is not operational, but that was on the website, and I was told at check in. The place could use an updating, but for the price and convenience I would stay there again.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Mishnock Barn. The rate at $129 per night was a little high for a Best Western property in my opinion since it is still off season for Rhode Island. The rooms look to have been recently updated which was nice. The hallways smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke but it was not noticeable in the non-smoking room. Bathrooms were a little dated but clean which is more important. Breakfast in the morning was acceptable, pancake station, a pre cooked egg for an egg sandwich and sausage, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bread and english muffin with coffee, tea, and juice. Nothing fancy. Easy on and off I95 so it would also be a good stop for people traveling. Watch out for the raised Fireplace Hearth in the dining room. It is not marked and a watched a women trip and fall. No broken bones luckily. Never got my receipt emailed as they had said they would but you can be sure the survey reached me., , haha.

Gentleman behind the desk was deeply rude. If you have children, go somewhere else. It's not safe. Super sketchy and a very bad vibe.Safety: If you are a woman traveling alone, don't stay here.
