First and last time going to this place, I really don’t know what was the worst part of my experience. The food, the disrespectful staff/owner, or the dirty plates my subpar food was placed on 1 star out of 10 stay away.
Ordered two 8 piece wings one of them was cooked correctly, the other was still raw when I called to let them know i was pretty much verbally assaulted, and since I ate one of the orders I was told and I quote “you are not getting anything from us.” It’s a shame that some people can’t even do the simplest jobs correctly. When I got home and opened the bag, I couldn’t believe what I saw. The order was completely wrong—all items wrong, and what was there looked like it had been thrown together with zero care.
I called the restaurant to let them know, and the person on the phone was dismissive and borderline hostile. No offer to fix the order, no refund, no customer service whatsoever. Just “that’s how it is sometimes” and hung up on me.
