We dine out frequently. Every now and then you find true excellence. Condessa does everything right. Service, outstanding. Food, delicious, different and fresh. Cleanliness spotless. The staff is so on the spot and friendly. I can’t say enough good things to do it justice.

Wow, great Mexican Restaurant in Rhode Island! A native from Southern California and Mexican, I have to say, best authentic food I’ve tasted! Highly recommend — you will NOT be disappointed!!

Staff are all amazing!! Extremely friendly, attentive, and kind servers. Everything we tried was delicious. The churros are very good, and the flavors go so well together. The queso fundido appetizer was our favorite though! Highly recommend.

My favorite local spot! The food is excellent, the wait staff is attentive and friendly, service is prompt even when the restaurant is busy, and the drinks are delicious (I recommend the paloma). I have eaten here several times over the last few years and have always had great experiences, but wanted to highlight the accommodation for a graduation celebration dinner I had on Saturday, 17 May. Staff blocked off a table for us and made sure everyone in attendance was happy with their meals, drinks, etc (including the baby). Thank you!

My daughter and I celebrated Cinco de Mayo there this year and the food was so good. Our waiter, Juan, was excellent!

Worse experience ever!! After waiting an hour to be seated. I just left I guess they have no room for a table for one. Guess they thought my money wasn't good enough. Ignored me the whole time and acted as if I didn't check in. But seating tables of 3 and people just walking in and being seated. I'll never return or suggest this place. Should've followed my right mind and gone elsewhere. I'll spend where I'm appreciated.

Honestly one of the best Mexican meals we've ever had, from the apps to the dinner, everything was fresh and tasty.
