Cowesett Inn West Warwick Reviews
This is the 2nd time we have placed a group order through Door Dash. The restaurant clearly does not understand what a group order means. Twice we've received only 1/2 of our order. When I called the restaurant they admitted to not knowing how to handle a group order because of the different names. They said they would throw away the food.
Clearly wasting food is acceptable to them and not providing what was ordered is also acceptable to this restaurant.

The interior is very old. The wood paneling is dirty. Looks like 1970’s.
I had meatloaf with mashed and they only had zucchini or spinach for veg so I asked for stuffing. 3.00 up charge for stuffing!

The Cowesett Inn in West Warwick is a nice restaurant to visit for various occasions, such as an anniversary meal, a business meeting, or a quiet night out. It is a clean and quiet establishment, offering a more formal "shirt and pants" experience rather than a casual "shorts and flip flops" atmosphere. The bar tenders are knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable ambiance.
Food quality varies slightly, with appetizers like buffalo wings, fries, and baked potatoes generally receiving positive feedback. The pierogis are noted as the best and truly taste homemade, while mozzarella sticks and antipasto are less impressive. The restaurant excels in customer service, with accommodating staff willing to make items not on the menu. Customers have praised the grilled shrimp and avocado salads as delicious, and the strawberry cheesecake as absolutely delicious, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to a delightful dining experience.
The Cowesett Inn can be a bit pricey and may not be suitable for those seeking a casual, inexpensive dining experience. Overall, it offers a pleasant atmosphere with tasty food, making it a worthwhile destination for a variety of occasions. The environment is also kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with beautiful scenery from the pond behind the restaurant.
