I tried using my debit card. Said it was lost or stolen. I explained the issue and the woman was really Rude. I showed her my drivers license so there would be no confusion. But she took the food and trashed it. What a waste. I told her if she gives me my food I would pay her that day. She laughed and told me to kick Rocks.

Ordered a pizza and boneless chicken. The pizza was cold and the chicken was hard. Not to mention the sauce I picked was not in the box and the soda I purchased was substituted. Since this location has switched hands to a new owner the overall quality and promptness of the drivers has fallen. Do better.

This is the worst Dominoes I've tryed. I ordered a Parmesan stuffed crust Extravaganza pizza and a loaded chicken and the staff didn't even care about cutting the pizza, neither putting the Parmesan cheese on top of the crust and the chicken was raw and bland 100% NOT RECOMMENDED!

Tried calling the store to find out what time they were closing as it is Christmas Eve, no answer, just rang and rang. Drove by on my way to run a last minute errand and saw they were open, so I placed an online order for carryout. Upon arriving at the store, not 1 person out of the 5 in the store working even acknowledged my presence...NOT 1! After standing there for 10 minutes, a driver returned into the store and cashed me out and gave me my order. The person cutting the pizza did not actually CUT the pizza and the lines the cutter made were certainly not into equal slices. While my food was hot and fresh, the customer service was anything but. I understand that it being Christmas Eve, they were most likely busy, but the lack of professionalism between not answering the phone and not acknowledging a customer in the lobby is kind of pathetic. 4 guys on the line and 1 guy at the oven and NOBODY said a word to me. HORRIBLE customer service!

had a bad experience wasn’t ganna come back but fortunately or unfortunately enough I work nearby and was hungry. they improved quite a bit compared to back then not sure if it’s under different management or something but, the worker there think his name was his name Michael; was delightful in making sure my order was made correctly when I had asked about it.

Literally the worst dominos location I've had food from. Pizza is consistently overcooked, not cut thoroughly, and always tastes off. Cheese is never melty and dough is always insanely bubbly. Getting food here ruined my opinion of dominos as a whole for a while till I tried pizza from another dominos location and realized this one is just especially bad. I've been since avoiding delivery all together and would rather use gas to go to a location further away just for a better experience.
Absolutely ridiculous. Liars and horrible customer service. Delivery time said 15-25 minutes. Watched on the app and their car NEVER LEFT DOMINOS. An hour after that I called asking what was going on. Not only did they LIE TO ME saying they tried to call me 3x (NOTHING on my call log) they didn’t even try to use the call feature the building has to call up to my cell phone. Told me I could go pick it up but it would be the hour old food at that point. Yuck and no. It isn’t even the first issue I’ve had with this location. Now I have to figure out what to feed my 3 year old who asked specifically for pizza after making her wait for an hour.
If you don’t want to work don’t go in. You’ll get better service (and not lied to!) at literally anywhere else.

Dominos has fallen off significantly. The quality of the pizza is probably the worse in West Warwick and that’s not saying much. You have to travel outside of West Warwick to get a decent pizza.

2 Stars We ordered pizza for the a quick meal while traveling through, and it came out overcooked. Two of my three kids wouldn’t even eat it because it was dryer than kindling. Disappointing experience, but it’s Domino’s after all and we set ourselves up for disappointment.

Driving down the street, domino's driver pulls out of the parking lot. Cuts me off. Had to slam on my brakes. Not even so much as a wave from the guy. Never even ate here but felt compelled leave a review. Zero stars.
