This dunkin sucks, twice this week no jelly in the jelly donuts (and no i cant bring it back because im at work already when I eat it!) We use to come here 2x a day and stopped coming to this location for over a year because of issues with wrong coffees/lattes, if you get whip cream on a hot latte most workers dont know to put it in a larger hot cup, instead they brew a smaller size or your lucky if the cup is even half full. Waste of money constantly. There are much better locations a few mins away

Chaos is all I can say about this Dunkin. I have a 50/50 shot that my food order will be correct, the drive thru line is long and tedious, and the inside is disorganized with employees looking annoyed. I’d skip this one if you can.

Went in this morning and the manager was beyond rude. Swearing like a darn trucker thankfully i didn’t have my grandson with me this morning. Not only was the service bad but my coffee was worse hate to break it them revamping the location doesn’t teach you how to serve people or make coffee.

This has happened more then once why do they insist on putting food and drinks right next to the sanitizer bucket it’s gross
this dunkin doesnt know how to make drinks whatsoever as someone who comes to rhode island every so often this dunkin wasnt as bad as it is now. dont know what yall have going in in that place but hire some people who know how to make drinks at LEAST decently. i got a small ice latter that was basically just chocolate syrup and creamer. no coffee taste. thank you ill be going to the other dunkin on w warwick ave 88 they know how to make coffee

Came here to get 2 sandwiches and a hot chocolate but they are out of both tried to says sandwiche ovens was down but no signs up??? If you don't want to work say that half these dunkins are ass and filled with kids who don't wanna work
