Never again first off bring your own salt and pepper never heard of a dining establishment without any salt and pepper packets or even a shaker. I used self service kiosk to order sausage egg and cheese and my mistake I didn’t put that I wanted it toasted I receive it untoasted due to my mistake so I go to counter ask simply ask if I can get it heated the girl looks at her manager like I was asking for some wild request. She takes sandwich walks away and stated under her breath loud enough for me to hear “it was heated” . I reinformed her manager it wasn’t. It was the strangest thing cause apparently it was a lot for that girl to accept the request. Manager and other worker who handed me sandwich after were nice but that girl with the attitude not so much. At least I won’t have to worry about going back for a mediocre overpriced sandwich which by the way took a bite and it definitely needed salt and pepper.
So very very rude Everytime I come here and they always call my husband Hun etc we ask them Everytime don't call him Hun and they do just to piss us off and the kids laugh like it's a joke that's all they hire at Dunkin is immature kids
I ordered my regular ice coffee cream and caramel flavor and they forgot to put the caramel flavor and when I called someone yelled at me saying they couldn’t no anything and hung up on me, I’ll never ever go DD anymore, they are very rude
I don’t even know why I came here a second time I guess I was just hoping maybe because so much time has past idk but very similar thing just happened to me AGAIN like 15/20 mins ago my boyfriend and I just had an awful experience. They close at 8 it was 7:26 to be exact maybe I’m a min off idk so we order two medium iced coffees and asked for them to be mixed well and instantly I could tell the staffs energy was off and seemed kind of rude but we paid for the coffees and gave them tip. Before driving off we did ask nicely if they could be mixed better because you could clearly see very little whip cream on the top coffee and then some syrup at the bottom and it didn’t look great so the girl did and we left and went to cumbys next door for gas. The coffees tasted like coffee with just cream it didn’t taste like our usual at all so we drove back and they were obviously trying to ignore us they would not come to the window so I had to call the store to ask them to come to the window and the person was super rude and we asked for a re fund, when we first asked for a re fund it almost seemed like she wanted to deny giving us a refund and asks what’s wrong with them and then though about it her response was “umm” and proceeded to give us a refund. I will never ever come again and ppl need to do better when it comes to hiring just anyone and take it more seriously because that’s how problems can occur.
Some of the nicest, most attentive employees at a Dunkin Donuts I been to
Jesse and Shawn were so nice and helped me out ! Loved them definitely will be returning cause of them !
I cannot say enough About one of the drive-through employees I encountered this morning. I believe her name was Candy She was smiling cordial polite, and gave me an absolute wonderful experience at your drive-through Unfortunately, in today’s age, Customer Service is not a priority workers seem unhappy and overworked BUT this wonderful lady showed what Customer Service used to be and should be. She is a wonderful employee And I will definitely tell my friends to go through this drive-through to meet this wonderful lady

Shortly after 10:00 p.m. I arrived at Dunkin' donuts with my service dog. There were three employees working at the time as a side note not one of them recognize that I was even there until I said something to them. Then like usual I ordered my coffee and went back to my table.
This is when when an employee very politely said to me that I have to leave the store because I have a dog with me and dogs aren't allowed in the store in case someone's allergic. And I said Even if it's a service dog. That's when the sidebar comments came in snickering for example one of the employees said well he doesn't have his vest on so obviously. The polite employee said thank you very much and I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding. About 25 minutes passes and a minding my own business when the other two employees emerge from out back and one of them gets my attention and says sir could I please see a copy of the certification that makes your dog a service animal. I couldn't believe what I was hearing As someone who worked in the food industry for a long time we know you can't ask them that the customer You can ask them two questions Is it a service animal and what service does it provide.
Well at this point I'm mad in my temper was about to go off . I will admit that I became very stern and assertive. At that moment one of the employees threatens me but saying she's going to call the police because I was being rude with her exact words. I told her Go ahead I'll call the police too. Finally one of the thought process to call their boss at home and their boss from home told them that they were wrong and they she will be speaking to them following day The polite employee apologized up and down on the other two girls but half the other two girls had no apology for me whatsoever I apologize up and down but did not get one apology from the two.

Like Dunkin but very slow with online orders! You order online then get there and no order ready. They don't bother to check printer with your online order printed and just sitting there. This has happened Everytime I have ordered online. Honey dew always has my online order ready when I get there. Do better Dunkin!

At 10:30am Sunday June 30th 2024 I opened the door to enter the Cowesett Dunkin. Upon entering I was greeted with "uh oh, it's that guy" from the food prep area. Feeling amazingly awkward I approached the counter to order. I ordered half a dozen donuts, a croissant toasted and buttered, a plain bagel not toasted with cream cheese on the side, a bacon egg and cheese wrap, two snakin bacon, two hash brown. I heard the prep area talking about me which was off putting. When I looked in the donut case all the donuts looked drippy with barely any sprinkles. The nice counter girl offered to get the chocolate sprinkle donuts from the window wrack. They were much better. I received my order from prep but felt weird about checking it because now I am "that guy". When I brought the order home my family told me it was spicey bacon and there was no cream cheese. I tried to call the Dunkin but they hang up after one ring. I spend 35 to 45 dollars every Sunday. Why am I "that guy"? What is going on. How am I the bad guy? What is happening? Your not doing me a favor. I paid for Dunkin! I feel like this won't change because they could care less.

I started out really liking this location
I am not sure what happened but I feel like they do not like me. I order once a week and I try to be jovial. It feels like there is an in joke that I am not privy to. I just feel awkward there now.

Workers are incompetent putting food upside down so it spills everywhere and making the orders incorrect. Wasted 3$ on “snack’n bacon” that went all over the floor because of the careless workers at this establishment.
