Dunkin' (in general) is NOT what it used to be. Ordered two coffee rolls, which used to be way more than enough for one, but are now about the same size as a donut. Coffee doesn't taste the same either.I had no problem with this specific location...

Told them 3X over the intercom how I wanted my latte... I get up to the window wondering/hoping it'd be made right; & of course, it wasn't!!I'm just wondering how you screw up making a Medium Ice Latte, Light w/whole milk, 3 Splenda into giving me it dark w/1 sugar?? Lol

stay far away from this location! ordered online, drove up and picked up. got home and 2 donuts that was paid for were missing. not the first time that this has happened! decided this time to go back and get the missing donuts.went inside, greeted by an angry employe who never smiled and never apologized for the inconvenience. will never go back to spend my money at this location!

Fast service but donuts are not always fresh. Plus they don't fill there donuts so a jelly donut taste like a plain donut. I see why Cumberland farms is doing better and they lost alot of business to them. I got a muffin from CF and it was filled with berries. When u change the quality of your food and prices people don't come back. I'm hoping the owner reads this cause he lost me and u will lose others.

Easley the worst run dunkin in the state. Staff can't manage drive-thru, orders are always wrong, hot food always being cold and the staff is extremely rude. Do not recommend this particular dunkin to anyone.

favvvvvv i love getting my morning breakfeast from there and the workers are very welcoming!
We ordered snacking bacon and it was handed to us freezing cold... when we asked them to cook it agian they told us this us how it comes... um no it comes cooked and not frozen like it just came out of the freezer. The man at the register had to ask do these come cold.... um no they don't then we were rudely told that they come cold and they can't heat them up right now... like what, then the girl (manager) decided to be even more rude and I told her she needs to drop her attitude. The customer service here by the manager at night is rude and should be taught how to be a Manger.

Worst manager ever, see other reviews, see yelp, 1.8 rating!!Can someone tell me who owns this dump??? After the 1.8 rating on yelp, and the complaints I read here, I wouldn’t want anyone to know I owned this dump either!! Couldn’t get an answer or find any posted info… it’s the law right, part of public info needed to be posted where the public can get the info?The little round piggy blonde manager shouldn’t be running anything!!! After reading the other reviews, not sure how she still has a job to begin with, happy to see I’m not the first person to suggest that she doesn’t care. See other reviews!And the care issue trickles down to the unprofessional children working there today!! Part of management is dealing with the public. Part of that is people being upset when you raise prices.Ridiculing, and mocking your customers isn’t the way to do it.Also there is no paperwork available to the customers.Ask who owns it, or ask for the permits which are supposed to be posted in a public space. Ridiculed by the same people who have been serving me for years!!
