The short rib, eggplant, and tagliatelle dish was delicious. My date enjoyed the burger and fries. We shared the spicy tuna tower, which stole the show. Divine. Real Italian bread. I gave three stars because we went on a warm and sunny October afternoon with a temp of 70 degrees. However, inside the restaurant, it felt like 60. The AC was cranking. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 4:30, so we asked if the AC could be turned down or the temp raised. It was blowing right on us. I was going to order one of the specialty cocktails but I was so cold, I ordered a Malbec. At least that is served at room temperature. We were eager to get the check. We skipped dessert, and tuned the heat on in the car just to warm up.

Fresco in West Warwick was an absolute gem! The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy dinner. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was simply outstanding. We started with the bread, which was fresh and flavorful. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, and the sauce was rich and satisfying. For dessert, we couldn't resist the tiramisu - it was creamy, light, and the perfect ending to our meal. We'll definitely be returning to Fresco soon! It's a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious Italian food and a great atmosphere.

The food was delicious, especially the gelato. Brian, our server was excellent, friendly and efficient. He went out of his way to find the gelato we had on previous visits. He make dining there that much more enjoyable. He is a definite asset to Fresco.

Table for 2 is too small to even keep salad and dinner plate on the table. Ordered dinner special. Salad was fine, I had ceasar salad and it had very little shaved cheese but had Parmesan cheese and no croutons...not what I had the previous 2 visits. Then we had eggplant with linguine, and chicken cutlet with linguine....linguine was very aldente...not like other times...my chicken parm was in what was like a thin red soup, evidently it was not drained properly. Waiter said it should have been caught by server. They had to drain my plate and I asked for more sauce on the side. Disappointing to say the least! It was not busy there, 4 tables in the front room and besides our table, a party of 4 arrived while we were getting ready to leave.

Honestly, everything at this location was just OK. I would recommend trying another location.

Parking: The parking is just like the rest rest of the place, just so so.

We usually visit Fresco of Smithfield and enjoyed our one experience at the East Greenwich location around 2015. This location was shockingly bad for a Fresco and general 3-star+ restaurant experience.

-- The tables were inexcusably sticky from a cheap laquer being rejuvenated from their chosen cleaning solution. Never experienced tables my arms stuck to like that.

--my first side salad was rife with rotten spring mix. That was exchanged for a replacement that I pulled 8-12 rotten pieces from. I then switched to a caesar salad which was pitiful and had watered down dressing.

--my Bolognese and ricotta rigatoni clearly contained mostly jarred sauce and was overly salty. It was primarily cheap ground beef and no pork or veal--that I could detect. It's insulting to serve jarred sauce at a restaurant like Fresco, as it's something a cheap pizza parlor would do.
--the bread was mostly overbaked and ripped my gums. The bread at the other locations is usually great.

--the floors were extremely tacky from a cheap wax or improper mopping. Everyone's shoes were making a loud noise while walking.

--no lighting, bad layout and really too small for a Fresco. Odd they chose that building as it was better suited for another pizza place like Bill's.

Parking: Tiny parking lot insufficient for a restaurant. You have to block other people in.

Eating out in different restaurants as we travel from Virginia to Maine . Then to Michigan. My husband ordered swordfish chop ( until our server Ryan told us about their featured dish . Never heard of these fantastic chops) and I ordered seafood Stew(btw absolutely loved the addition of Italian sausage along with the melody of seafood in my dish.)
Thrilled with all the flavors of our dinner. So fortunate to have accidentally stopped in for dinner. Thank you Ryan for the wonderful hospitality and service you gave us. Great personality that greeted each and every patron. We will be back. ❤️

Food and service were tremendous. Only problem was a group of woman who were so loud. We actually told them to be quiet. I know it is hard to say something but they were totally obnoxious.

We love dining at Fresco in West Warwick. This is our "go to" spot mid-week. The staff & service are wonderful and the food is prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked as ordered.

Fresco's: where the food is memorable, but the tables are unforgettable—literally.

We decided to dine at Fresco's last weekend, lured by promises of delightful cuisine. However, our experience was overshadowed by a peculiar and sticky predicament. The food was indeed delicious, and the ambiance pleasant, but the tables... oh, the tables.

Upon seating, we immediately noticed an unusual tackiness. My wife, unwittingly placed her napkin on the table, and to our astonishment, it adhered instantly. Attempts to reclaim it were in vain; it had become one with the table, forever a part of Fresco's decor. We couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all, though the sticky situation was far from ideal.

While the food and service at Fresco's are commendable, I highly recommend they address the sticky table situation. Dining shouldn't come with the risk of leaving your belongings behind, permanently affixed to the furniture. Until then, perhaps bring your own tablecloth.

Had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and the service great. I am so grateful for the gentleman that acknowledged my request for a quiet table due to severe hearing loss. It was the first time in a long time I was able to hear and participate in conversation. Thank you!!!!!
