I am so happy I saw Nicole on The John DePetro Show! I have been ordering five meals per week for weeks now, and everything is delicious and healthy! It’s a huge time saver, and the meals are fresh and easy to heat up in the microwave. Nicole is also very accommodating when substitutions need to be made. I highly recommend!

Prepared meals made it easier for me to get a jump start to my New Years resolutions especially while trying to cook for the rest of my family.
I have tried all the meal preps I have heard of, and never been able to stick to it. I have started a program with a trainer with a diet plan and I gave this to moms meal prep. I can't believe how creative and tasty absolutely everything is!! Nothing she makes is bland and is full of flavor!! I have lost over 15 pounds and 20 inches since I started a month ago!! I cannot even pick one menu choice I have not loved and I am picky. I look forward to the menus of the week...
