Personally, I really love this location. They are always kind they are always fast. They are always clean. They’re always accommodating. Sometimes once in a while, there’s an outstanding customer service representative, but at this facility, particularly every customer service representative does a wonderful job. KFC as a company should be honored to have such qualified people that not only come there because it’s their job but really take that extra step. They always asking how they can improve their experience. They’re always striving for quality. I really want to take the time out of my day to let you know just how much it means to as a customer. It has made all difference.

This is the second time I have been to this KFC and their employees are great! I really wish I would have had got the manager's name I believe it was her birthday. Airport road not only did they treat me extremely rude their prices were extremely different by $2.& change.pp

Excellent food, fast and fresh! Super friendly staff, very accommodating. I ordered from my app in the parking lot and my order was ready in 3-5 minutes. Store is very clean.
Ok, i'm not putting 1 stars for the sake of it, KFC truely deserves this. They gave me the wrong order, delivered it 30 min late, they gave me 11/12 pieces of chicken - but i'm writing this because of their 'solution' their solution was: give him an apology and talk over him as he's describing the problem simply repeating the same question on the phone "is there anything else?" -lol as if there needed to be, and as i'm shocked that that is all their reply is, they simply continue to speak over me as i repeate (which none of that needs repeating to begin with) they talk over me simply asking with a sigh "is there anything else?" um.... You screwed up my order, you were late, you even were missing food, it arrived soggy and cold and we didn't eat it... "is there anything else?" um like are you going to do- "is there anything else" .... "no i'm all set, thank you for this recording" if you want the actual call, more than happy to share it with everyone- these guys are horrible but the only thing worse, i mean people make millions of mistakes, is the (NON EXIStANT/RUDE) customer service (if you can even call it that). I've never left a review like this- but i had to- my order number was 193247321 and my (completely bs 'case number') was 02874469 - i never waste my time complaining about something because my time is not worth it but for someone that owns 16 businesses, i asked them NOT to refund me $5 or whatever (less than the delivery fee) and the way they are going, they will need that more than me
Edit: just wanted to point out, when i asked for the name/employee id, they hung up lol- thankfully i have a recording of it myself- you guys should really listen to this- eat at the place and ask for their direct manager because unless you do that, they, KFC, truely from the bottom of their heart (or bottom line) does not give a ... about you

We Park & go in for Chicken Pot Pies.. afternoon Early.. had ONE Pie & told us 25 minutes for any more Pies! Why are you there? Thought you all wanted Repeat Customers, not us!

This place is just an all around mess. The workers have awful attitude, they give you the wrong order, and on the rare occasion they give you what you actually ordered THERES A BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT!!! EMBARRASSING!!!! Don’t spend a penny here

I come in every night to pick up my mobile order and the young lady with the glasses that is always there at night around 9pm is so sweet and helpful, she makes my day every night! Great service and my food is always good!
