I have been here 2x in 3-4 weeks. Both times missing food. Will go to another location from now on. To happen twice in a short period of time is not good. Last time I ordered a 2 piece breast and thigh. It was marked 2 piece on bag and slip. Only got one piece.

I was a bit taken aback by the blandness of the chicken. I had original and crispy and neither tasted very flavorful. Has KFC changed their secret recipe? If so, go back to the old one and definitely keep this new one a secret.

I placed order with doordash for 2-2 piece meals both for chicken breast and wings. They sent both with dark meat which we dont like and didn't eat. Its not that complicated, pack orders correctly. We.paid for food that we won't eat and doordash gave a 6 dollar credit which doesnt replace the order.
