I’ve been in some questionable bars, but this place felt like a live demonstration of what happens when “cleaning” becomes a rumor. The smell was a mix of spilled beer, old fryer grease, and regret that hits you the second you walk in and never lets up. Floors sticky enough to steal your shoes, tables that looked like they’d never met a disinfectant, and bathrooms that should honestly require hazard pay to enter. Drinks tasted like they were made with tap water straight from a garden hose, and the vibe was pure “tetanus speedrun.” I left feeling like I needed a shower, a new immune system, and an apology.

I’ve been coming in now for about six months. The bar has potential but Mike and Freddy no longer want the responsibility of running the business. Some guy Blaze has now been entrusted to run the day to day. Emily the bartender and Rick and Gary who run the karaoke are the only reasons I go in there. I’m not sure if entrusting a guy who previously ran a bar and lost over a half a million dollars and then has the audacity to say that he has no regrets. Most disturbing comment to make. I’m not sure if this place will be open by the end of the year. Let’s see what happens.

5 stars for being an excellent dive bar. It's big, there's music on the TV, AMI Jukebox, a popcorn machine, pool tables and darts. And karaoke some nights! Some funny characters when it's busy, just a small group of people when it's dead. Liv is a great bartender. No food, but you can bring your own or get delivery.
Vegetarian options: No food. Just a few bags of chips and jerky. But bring your own!

I just recently went to LA Cafe for my best friends birthday.. and the atmosphere, staff, and the crowd were all so friendly and welcoming! I had for my first time experience, an incredible time!
