I ordered the #3 eggplant and added hot capicola to it to give it some extra flavor. They ended up putting ham on it as well. Sandwiches are large, the bread is great, and the sauce is good. The sauce has chunks of tomato in it. Overall, a good sandwich, but the eggplant could be cut thinner and cooked crispier.

The menu is large many different choices I had a pizza not much of a sub person. The pizza was tasty the crust was tasty. Not bad priced and since it was new the one in Johnston it was clean. The person who helped me was nice.

This makes me sad to write because I have enjoyed coming here for a while. Today my sister ordered food online and ordered the Pasta Vodka Dish for one of us. The person eating is is vegetarian and when realizing it contains bacon I called the store to ask if it was supposed to. I was immediately met with the RUDEST and WORST customer service. Yelling questions aggressively at me and then saying it didn’t contain meat to saying yea it does contain bacon. I asked if we could get it refunded as it was not disclosed on the menu when ordering. It just said the pasta and vodka sauce. He continued to argue with me about how it’s common knowledge that there is bacon in pink vodka sauce when I have never encountered that before and neither has anyone here. If that’s how they make it-fine, but it should be disclosed on menus. And the aggressive worker made it completely worse and now we will not be returning. Agree with the mentality that the customer is not always right as I work in food service myself but this man was terrible off the bat and talked completely down to me. I will be making sure that my sister gets her refund.

New review as of 2024: love the naming of everything , its unique still. They have possibly some of the best French fries, having a rough outer texture and a nice crisp and taste.Pizza is amazing, they offer a good amount of toppings and fresh Mozzarella.Banana and Nutella calzone is a great dessert.
