Ordered a pizza and a salad with 3 drinks. Had to fight with the girl at the counter for plastic ware for the salad. Opened up the food and no salad dressing! The soda was all warm. This place isn't cheap. Not sure we'll be back after this experience.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Papa Gino’s for truly saving the day this Christmas Eve! We were having people over, and I had planned to serve calzones I bought earlier. But in the chaos of getting everything ready, I accidentally burned them.
At 5:50 PM, I rushed to Papa Gino’s, knowing they were about to close at 6 PM to spend time with their families. Despite the late hour, the manager on duty and the team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and full of Christmas spirit. They made fresh pizzas for me, and the food was fantastic!
Thank you, Papa Gino’s team, for going above and beyond—it really made our Christmas Eve special!

Defiantly not like the old Papa Gino's when the food was much better and fresher. The old Papa burger was made with fresh beef and not a frozen patty. Pizza was subpar at best and the service was slow. I will not be going back to Papa Gino's ever again. The quality is horrible.
Parking: I would not recommend Papa Gino's, the quality of the food is not what it used to be.

Had take out. Haven't had Papa Gino's in over 25 years since moving away. It was just as great as I remember!
The employees were very nice and polite. I had a small problem ordering with the app. I thought I ordered sausage on the entire pizza and somehow the topping disappeared and I ended up with just cheese. When I told them what happened they remade my pizza!!!! They didn't have to do that and I though that was very nice of them. Thanks W.W. Papa Gino's!

Ordered food to be delivered. The delivery person did not ring the foorbell, did not notify me that the food was delivered and left my hot food outside the door in 33 degree weather. I discovered it when I tracked my order 10 minutes after it was scheduled to be delivered that it had been delivered. Never again.
