Awesome breakfast
Fair prices and good food and service
Amazing little hole in the wall gem in West Warwick. Prices feel like pre-2019, but don’t let that deceive you the food is worth double the price. Kind and thoughtful service as well! Highly suggested for a place to eat and relax.

Been coming here for over 12 years and the Awesome lady miss Brenda always throws down in the kitchen!! She isent shy, very well priced, even if she raised the prices I wouldent mind one bit , definitely a MUST go if you love homeatyle breakfast
Best breakfast in town. Brenda and the girls do an amazing job.
Great food... Prices... Qty
Very reasonable prices. Small restaurant if you're looking for something upscale this is not the place for you. Very hometown local place.
There breakfast is delicious. I enjoy everything on the menu especially there home fries. Unfortunately parking is tough especially if you arrive later in the morning because there's only street parking

Quaint & cozy. A sort of old home town feel. Very reasonable prices.
Parking: It's in a small town old mill square. Definitely built in horse and buggy days. So parking reflects this

A quiet little place in West Warwick. The food was a delicious plate of eggs, toast, and home fries. I didn't intend to eat the home fries but they were so good I ate them all! Brenda waited on me and was warm and professional. The meal was inexpensive, which completed the trifecta for a great experience.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the home fries are outstanding. Very fair prices and we've been back a few times already. They close around 1-1:30 but still offer a lunch and dinner menu that we'd like to try sometime as well. Very small, street parking only but worth it for takeout.

My husband and I enjoy this restaurant for breakfast. Good food, service, and prices. We look forward to returning and try lunch but haven't gotten around to it yet but we will.
The new owner is very respectful and has updated the building quite a bit from what I've heard from other people that know him and for me speaking with him he is a true gentleman and is true businessman and is a good businessman and a good man from what I've experienced I would highly recommend Phoenix Hotel and the owner, if you're looking for a good place to live for a short turn or long term. The new owner has class and cares about his properties that's enough for me, that says a lot about a person thank you Tyler

Cozy place with good food. It kinda feels like Cheers, but without beer. It's a good diner and the portions are generous. Good prices, too. I definitely see myself going back.
