Very reasonable prices. Small restaurant if you're looking for something upscale this is not the place for you. Very hometown local place.
There breakfast is delicious. I enjoy everything on the menu especially there home fries. Unfortunately parking is tough especially if you arrive later in the morning because there's only street parking

Quaint & cozy. A sort of old home town feel. Very reasonable prices.
Parking: It's in a small town old mill square. Definitely built in horse and buggy days. So parking reflects this

A quiet little place in West Warwick. The food was a delicious plate of eggs, toast, and home fries. I didn't intend to eat the home fries but they were so good I ate them all! Brenda waited on me and was warm and professional. The meal was inexpensive, which completed the trifecta for a great experience.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the home fries are outstanding. Very fair prices and we've been back a few times already. They close around 1-1:30 but still offer a lunch and dinner menu that we'd like to try sometime as well. Very small, street parking only but worth it for takeout.

The new owner is very respectful and has updated the building quite a bit from what I've heard from other people that know him and for me speaking with him he is a true gentleman and is true businessman and is a good businessman and a good man from what I've experienced I would highly recommend Phoenix Hotel and the owner, if you're looking for a good place to live for a short turn or long term. The new owner has class and cares about his properties that's enough for me, that says a lot about a person thank you Tyler

Cozy place with good food. It kinda feels like Cheers, but without beer. It's a good diner and the portions are generous. Good prices, too. I definitely see myself going back.

Me and my staff here at Echo Valley love to grab breakfast here; when we are hungry. We are never disappointed; and the prices are affordable. :) The family that runs the business is super friendly and welcoming :)

Overall we had a good experience. Food was warm. I was happy the home fries don't come with onions, but they were a little greasy and ketchup wasn't on the table. Service was decent. The place wasn't very full and it took a long time to put in drink orders and twice that to put in food orders. The waitress delivered our food and check and then didn't return. I wanted to ask for ketchup and a coffee refill, but didn't feel comfortable calling across the restaurant when she was in a very long conversation with another customer. It was our first time going there and she didn't tell me if I had to go to the register to pay or not and wasn't available to ask, so paying was kinda awkward. I was gonna give her a tip, although not a big one, but I felt really awkward and didn't hand her the tip I was going to give her. Prices were definitely affordable but not listed on the check.

My husband and I come here often, the one day I’m sick and have him pick up an order, they give him the wrong order. So he called and went back, got our order. Then when he got back home the food was so cold, the eggs were jello, I had him call up the store to see if we could bring it back and for them to remake the order. The woman on the phone, who normally takes care of us when we eat there, gave him attitude saying no. Gave every reason under the sun why they couldn’t remake it. But was it our fault that you guys handed us the wrong order in the first place? Absolutely not. So is it our fault that the food got cold? Nope! Bad customer service. Will not be coming here again. For all the years I’ve gone here I really can’t comprehend them not making up something that was their fault in the first place.
