Under new management. What a joke. Serving sizes of the drinks are about 33% smaller than they were before for the same price. The boba are hard disgusting and gross and lack any flavor and makes any drink that they're in undrinkable. Too bad new management took over and cheaped out on the place. It used to be my favorite spot to go around here but now I most likely will never be returning. What a shame.

Great donuts best in RI I’d say. Except for one problem. I went to ask the alleged owner of the business if I could tip one of the workers because they went to the back just to find out that the owner keeps all the tips for herself and doesn’t give it to the workers who work the front. Very disappointed. Hope someone’s sees this and it changes.

What a nice bunch of people! They always remember us when we come in and treat us wonderfully. all the food is delightful, the drinks (Boba Thai tea) is always on point and the donuts are supreme!
