i never have a problem with ronzios but tonight i did. i tried to order my food and they kept putting me on hold. didn't get my food my food till almost 2 hours after i ordered. when i got my food it wasn't what i ordered. and i'm pissed

This place has become a favorite , sadly this week is the third week it’s been closed so I’m hoping they aren’t closed for good ,but it doesn’t look promising . I wish they would leave a note on the door for customers or would atleast leave a message on their answering machine. :/Update: Drove by what used to be Ronzio’s and saw a banner hanging that says Rufio’s pizzeria 2 coming soon!!sad to see Ronzio’s go but now we have an answer of what I suspected was going on. Hope this place does well and has some decent food to match what was.

Love this place what’s going on how about an answering machine message or a sign . They look and have been closed for a week or two but the soda machine is on so why leave that plugged in if your staying closed. Hopefully there wasn’t a walk out due to the owner seeming to be a jerk to customers and employees . If you call and they accuse you of being wrong before they look at the invoice well it’s prob not a great place to work. But the food was cheap and donahues is 50 bucks for 3 things so open back up and smoke some pot.

I’m pretty sure this place is closed down. No one answers the phone on Sunday and Monday so I drove there. Sign is all torn, doors are locked and no one is there. It’s 5:30Used to be my favorite place but…I’ll have to find another.

A former customer that really enjoyed their calzones. I will dine there again as someone that worked there or owned it decided to chat up my friend who was with me about right-wing politics and had FOX news blaring there earlier this summer. I'll miss them but not enough to ever dine there again.

I love this pizza sauce. They also make an awesome Buffalo chicken calzone with banana peppers and cheese! Pickup or delivery...good prices.

I've ordered from this Ronzio's quite a few times on door dash and I also picked up a few times and each time my pizza was amazing. I usually get a large cheese and mushroom, and it's always cooked just the way I like it. Evenly cut slices and the cheese that falls right off the pizza but not too much just a little bit, I love this. The pizza is always hot and fresh. The service when I pick it up is great as well they always greet me and just have amazing customer service. No matter what time I order I always get my pizza in a timely manner. The crust is just right, not burnt. And the mushrooms are amazing. This is my go to pizza place especially because it's so close to home. I love it there.

Ordered online and it said 30-40 min as it usually does. Waited an hour and a half for my food to show up cold. We sent the driver back to bring us hot food and called the store to complain. They refused to make us a new order. Never again will they get my business
