Huge shoutout to Dave at Subway! He was super friendly, welcoming, and made my whole visit a great experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers—he made my sub exactly how I wanted it and even made the quick stop feel personal. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes fast food feel that warm and pleasant. Thanks, Dave!

I'm not understanding the point of online ordering if your online pick up station is behind the counter and you have to stand in line and wait for everybody to order before you can get your online order, I would rather have my sandwich fresh and just order at the counter at that point. Maybe have a line just for online orders so the cashiers know to give them their order first.

Please don’t go this subway location, today i went to over there and i had a food elegy so i told to women and first she put my sendwitch and after that one other guy touching my sendwitch witch out change his gloves, they don’t know what is the subway food rules, they should know first, and after that surve to the customer and after that i told to women and she was argued with me and she was very rude behavior, this is my humble request to the owner , please teach them rules them first.
Very very bed experienced, i never seen this kind of service in any location.

My mom and I just had the worst experience at Subway, and I feel compelled to share it.

From the moment we walked in—when the store was completely empty—the employee rushed us as if we were inconveniencing her. She was rude and unwelcoming, making it clear that she didn’t want to help us. When my mom and I were discussing what we wanted, the girl interrupted, demanding to know our order. Her cockiness made us feel uncomfortable.

My mom wanted to try the nachos, which were supposed to be a foot-long but ended up being a tiny container—not even the size of a 6-inch sub. When my mom pointed this out, the girl had the audacity to say, “That’s the portion a normal person should eat,” making us feel targeted because we're not the skinniest.

Then, when my mom asked for her bread to be lightly toasted, it came out burnt. While my mom was choosing toppings, the employee spoke to her as if she were a child, listing the vegetables in a slow, condescending manner. When my mom was trying to name her toppings, the girl snapped, “I’m in a rush, faster—you’re going slow.”

I could see that the store was closing at 9:30 PM, and the employee claimed she had “like 500 orders,” which seemed highly exaggerated. She got my order confused, and when I was trying to decide what I wanted, she insisted I tell her faster, making me feel overwhelmed to the point of tears.

When I finally asked about the size of a fountain drink, she just pointed and said, “Look and pick what you want.” When I showed her the cup I wanted, she answered slowly as if I were incapable of understanding, saying, “It’s a medium.”

It was shocking how her attitude shifted when another customer came in to pick up a delivery order—she was suddenly very nice to him. I can’t fathom why she targeted my mom and me. We treated her with respect, saying “please” and “thank you,” yet we received nothing but rudeness in return.

This experience was unacceptable. I understand that people have bad days, but that should never excuse poor customer service. We will never return to this location, and I encourage others to think twice before visiting. I don’t know her name I didn’t see her name tag, but that is the woman that I am talking about

I had ordered delivery from this restaurant. When I received my sandwich, it was cold and missing bacon. I understand that the temperature is out of their control since they use a delivery service, but I had paid extra for bacon and it was not on it. Once I was sure there wasn’t any, I contacted support. It took 3 weeks for the General Manager, David, to get back to me, and he accused me of lying. He said he watched the cameras back and saw my sandwich being made with bacon on it. I wouldn’t go out of my way to make a report for like the $2 up charge for bacon if it was there, that’s ridiculous. I’d also like to mention any time I’ve stopped in for the past 2 years the workers are very rude. If you schedule for a sandwich to be made they either make it right away so it’s sitting there for the remainder of the time, leaving it cold, or they’re late with making it. I wouldn’t order from this Subway, especially if it’s delivery, because if you have any issues they won’t be resolved.

I placed my order online for 4 subs. Waited until the app said my order was ready, before I even headed down there. I arrived, went in and there was no food, and was advised that there was no order, with an attitude. This little girl had such poor customer service, not wearing hat/visor, wearing boots short running short. Spoke with the manager also. This is no way to run a business. If the customer has the proof then they should assist them. I manage a restaurant and this is definitely poor customer service.

I usually try to give places a fair shake but.. two separate issues months apart the only times I've ordered there?

Mobile orders are a coin flip at this location, if you aren't eyeballing the whole process you essentially just get whatever or you might show up assuming the order is ready as the app suggests only to find out that they aren't made at all because they are out of the choice of bread. (Hella inconvenient if you were on the way to work like I was.)

I ordered online and had my son go pick it up. They tell him there's no order let wait and see. My son sits there 20 minutes, and no one tells him there's a problem with their system. I go in to see what's going on to show my online receipt for them to tell me by midnight its going to be returned. So I said you have him wait 20 minutes instead of telling him so I can reorder. The girl quickly had a terrible attitude and told me I should've just gone in to order why I told her what's the online ordering for are you serious. Terrible customer service, if she would've known how to speak to me, it was different. How are you going to argue with a customer? Tell me , " Don't come here terrible service, no manners at all. Very rude and argumentative.

My cousin ordered a soda from there and I opened the top to it and there was a large chunk of mold floating in the soda, employees definitely aren't cleaning the drink machines
