Hidden gem alert! The Moody Brewer in West Warwick is easily one of, if not the best, coffee shops in Rhode Island. We found this place recently and have been coming back every single week since. The coffee options are incredible, but you have to try the Tiramisu Latte; it tastes exactly like the Italian dessert! Their pastries and sandwiches are also delicious. I definitely recommend stopping by to support this amazing small local business

It’s such a a nice place to go. I go every time I get out of class to get coffee for me and my mother. They are very considerate about how I want the coffee and making sure if I enjoy it. I never had someone go out their way to changes something for my mother and I without making it a big deal. Amazing

easily the worst cafe I’ve ever been to. The bagels were clearly the cheap ones you buy at the grocery store (I could see the brown boxes that you see in stop & shop) and the cream cheese was just messily slathered on. We were the only 2 people in the store and it still took 15 minutes to get 2 bagels and 2 drinks, after which they still got a bagel order wrong. I’m not really sure how they have 4.7 stars, I mean the furniture is nice and it looks pretty in there. But if you get anything other then coffee expect to get the same quality as if you purchased in bulk from a stop and shop. But you pay the same as a top tier cafe.
Ended up throwing what I purchased away and going to another coffee shop.
Update: just went to cafe tempo coffee house in Warwick after leaving here. Way way better food and drinks for the same price. Go here instead if you have the choice!
Edit as response to owner: you’re correct, I don”t have proof of the store bought boxes I saw. I didn’t find it appropriate to take photos of the area behind your counters where your workers were preparing food. And I don’t think your workers would have found that appropriate either. So I guess I’ll say this, if not store bought, there baker seems to use grocery store boxes to transfer the baked goods from whatever secondary location they are prepared at to the cafe. And this baker has mastered the art of baking their goods to taste and look exactly like the cheap store bought baked goods you’d get at stop & shop. I have no reason to lie. although the food was quite gross and the service was slow, your employees were very kind and seemed like very nice people. They gave me no reason to make a false review.
Just because a place has high reviews doesn’t mean that someone who had a very negative experience should feel bad about posting their review!

Adore this tucked in coffee shop ! Nothing short of spectacular, from the service , decor , ambiance , warm welcome and delicious treats and drinks. The cotton candy latte with oat milk is impeccable from the sweet flavor to its bold blue look with fresh topped cotton candy ! First time in and will happily return ! This business should have a line out the door 🤌🏼

Drove almost an hour to come try out this café got here at 3 o’clock. The girl at the counter said they just closed when everything online says they close at 4 o’clock. The open sign was still up and she said she had already cleaned all the coffee machines when it was only 3 o’clock, no sign on the door to say they were closing at three but everywhere online says they close at four very disappointed

The owner was warm and welcoming and grilled us a corn muffin in real butter. The coffee was delicious. We will be back. There is also some outside seating. It's right off the Washington Secondary Bike Trail.
