I've come here several times to dine in and just to pick up, and they're always so nice and hospitable. Their customer service here is unmatched! I've had times where it's down pouring, and I'm waiting in the car with my kids while the pizzas 🍕 cook, and they run it out to me. When you dine in, they have a couple tables inside and outside if you're into it. They have a TV in the dining room, and they'll ask what your kids want to watch, which is nice if you have a child that's being wiggly. They have a card that they mark every time you make a lunch order. The pizza here tastes AMAZING, and I've been told their gluten-free pizza is yummy, too.

Me and my friend Demetrius went here for food when we were hungry and we had Tanya✨ as our waiter and she was kind, lovely, funny, and we love Tanya. The food was good as well, good serving sizes too. #WeLoveTanya #WeLoveTwistedPizza

Normally I order and deal with the food that is delivered but tonight I decided to call to complain and the owner was combative. Then had the nerve to ask me why did I even bother to call and complain. I paid $100 for my food and my wedge salad had mushy tomatoes and frozen bacon on it. Then my garlic parm chicken wings were soggy wet and cold and when asked about that they said that it’s the garlic butter that makes the chicken wet. I will not be going back to this location because of the attitude that was given.

Twisted West Warwick is my favorite place to order dinner...from the pizza to grinders every time we order the food is fresh, hot and delicious and delivered quickly. Tanya is the best I love seeing her smiling friendly face when she delivers my yummy dinner from Twisted...highly recommend

Bear with me here: Twisted's pizza is like if Pizza Hut were made with more care, and infinitely better, fresher ingredients. Delicious cheese decorated with everyone's favorite cuppy pepperonis.
If I had to give notes, it would be on the crust and its need for more flavor. As-is, it's just there for utility and structure.
